Special Father's Day whisky Kringle available now
The seasonal coffee cake is only available until June 16. Racine's O&H Danish Bakery and Glenrothes Whisky have collaborated for a special Father's Day gift: Whisky Kringle, a coffee ring filled with Bourbon Cask Reserve whisky-infused caramel, topped with a brown sugar streusel and sprinkled with a light vanilla icing. The Kringles are available for shipping ($26.49), but only available until Sunday. If you're not in southern Wisconsin, you can buy a regular version of this pastry at a local Trader Joe's. This is the first time my dad has been without my dad and I would definitely have brought him this treat.

The verdict: Well, I feel drunk writing this! Just kidding, but nibbling on this still fresh Kringle throughout the week has been a very nice treat, even if you're not that into whisky. (I'm not.)
