Before I talk to you, I have something to say. I think the credibility of the reviewer is as important as the review itself.  I work with a lawyer every day.  I have a JD and an MBA, and I'm also a lawyer at the top law firm in Chicago (and as my practice ground in the world).    I'm working hard enough before hiring someone.  I have a lot of knowledge about contracts and companies, but I have never been able to deal with consumer lease contracts, so I decided to talk to experts.

Regarding leases, I unexpectedly violated the terms of the notice and bet $1,200, so I had problems with my lease.  After five minutes of talking, Aaron could say that my case was a loser.  He lied to me, and said it was true, and imposed me many hours of extra work.  But he took a very honest and realistic approach.  He told me that if this was a lawsuit, I would lose because there would be a lawsuit against my position in the end.  Nevertheless, he spent several hours with me working out a strategy that could be done outside the legal process.  After all, as a direct result of his recommendation, the apartment withdrew the claim and I didn't pay them anything.  When I asked Aaron what amount he was paid, he told me not to worry.  After giving me hours and energy, he didn't charge me a cent.  He is only willing to help, he is told that he is really worried about having a bad apartment.

Most lawyers would immediately hang up when they found out I didn't get any money.  But Aaron is different.  He and I made phone calls, exchanged emails, and reviewed all my lease documents (including many attachments) for free.  He was always punctual, professional, and eager to defend himself.  This man is a trustworthy man for our work, and generally for mankind.  Aaron, thank you for everything you do for your guests.

I wanted to answer other people's reviews, but Yelp doesn't allow me to actually answer specific threads.  If there are many excellent lawyers, five are highly evaluated and one is highly evaluated.  Aaron is the same.  The reason is simple.  I don't like receiving bad news, and sometimes it's the job of a lawyer to give it.  In particular, a girl named Lindsay left a review I want to talk about.

When the worst happens, the lawyer will call you.  Most people deeply expect that lawyers can fix everything.  But since the law may not be on your side, you will know that something will not be fixed.  The best legal advice a lawyer can give is often not to bring up a claim.  Then you only need time, money and sanity.

I think it's hard to hear that your situation is not something that can stand legal resolution now.  But think about alternative ways.  Many lawyers bring a request for defeat, so they collect the fee.  Lindsay, I know you didn't like the answer you got, but it's not at all right.  The truth is that it is hard to swallow.

Another thing is that lawyers are not therapists.  When you want to call and talk about something other than the facts, or when you don't know the facts completely, everyone wastes time.  Ethical and responsible is to inform the situation (without a request) and face the customer side that does it.

Finally, if you are not completely honest with your lawyer, there is no point in hiring.  You know when to avoid questions and when to not answer honestly.  In fact, it's our job.  So it really doesn't help us to call on us to do the job and get angry when we do the job effectively.  I'm not doing this to make you feel bad. We are just anticipating the other party's argument.  Do you think your enemy will cover the problem with sugar?  In five minutes, if your people think you are not completely honest, what do you think your other lawyer will say in a month?

I'm not caring. Excuse me. If you're in trouble, this won't help you if you don't want to make your current residence easier to live in, but if you don't need help breaking the lease.
The owner's reaction again shows a lack of compassion and a willingness to help. There is also a law for people with disabilities, and Mr. Krolik decided to focus on one of the landlords' Tenant Act, even if it was not a remedy for the situation.
I was cut off on the phone.
You made fun of me. You should not have a license.

If I can, I will give you a zero star. Aaron told him to call him at three. I phoned at three o'clock to the minute, but there was no answer. He returned to me at 3:30. I had already sent him information about leases before I called. I think it was less than a minute when we called, but he cut me off before I explained the situation and said my answer was "hoax." When I called him up with inappropriate words, he spoke ill of me as if I were to do something wrong. I said that I wasn't grateful for him talking to me. This is already a difficult situation, making me uneasy. He said, "Well, I'm not your partner." I can't believe I was treated this way.

Don't let these lawyers feel less than human beings to seek help. Some lawyers will help you from the start.

For three years, I had nothing to do with my landlord. Until I move and pay less than half my deposit. The landlord used the money for light wear, such as painting or changing the lights in a room I had never worked in since I moved. He also did not provide a receipt for the repair bill.

After reading his review, I contacted Aaron and confirmed my options. He asked me to send him a copy of the letter from the landlord and a copy of the lease. He came back to me at once and told me that a big incident had happened. In addition to the above, I found that my landlord had not paid interest on my deposit. A fine of twice the amount of the security deposit. After I wrote to my husband, he offered me to pay the other half of the deposit, but it was too late - if he was willing to do it first, don't send it from the beginning. On his side, I was glad that I had contacted Aaron because I had a completely dishonest feeling.

Aaron sent me many emails to keep me informed of the process. The master basically had no cases, and we didn't go to court because it was all settled in about two months. In the end, without harming the landlord, he had gained more than just, and Aaron was able to receive a reward from the landlord. All I paid was the three times or more the charge I got when I got the lawsuit.

If something similar happens to me, feel free to contact Aaron. Every process that brings a lawsuit was stressful and cumbersome, but sometimes it is necessary to get what you deserve. Aaron reigned, basically dealt with himself, and made it easier for me.

If you feel you have no choice, or you are in trouble, this is your man. We just signed a new one-year lease three days ago and the apartment was robbed. The master was not kind, and we immediately called for the help of Aaron Crrik. Aaron had a copy, a copy of the lease, and found a small loophole that had lost its validity. It is sent out of the movie or is like a sent out straight. He not only escaped from our lease but also paid back the deposit at full interest. Aaron was literally a hero of this year. I can't say good things and I'll always be grateful.

I just hung up with Aaron. He is a wonderful person and gave us really fair advice. I don't like litigation too much.

I would like you to find a good lawyer who will be frank with you, even if you spend it on future sales.

I used Aaron a few years ago, but I can't believe I've written reviews for so long!  Aaron is a real deal - I promise these reviews are not exaggerated.

I lived in Printers Row and paid $1,800 (which was quite expensive for this area at the time), and had a deposit of $3,600.  I was diagnosed with epilepsy and had several seizures a week. I couldn't live alone, and I was forced to leave school, and then I came back with my parents.  My landlord lives outside the state, and I didn't know him in particular.  Basically, I was told I was sorry that I had a health problem, but I was a SOL lease.

At first, I contacted my father, who was a professor of law at the time, and did not specialize in real estate law, so I introduced Aaron, who was recommended by my colleague's professor of law.  I didn't see Yelp because Yelp was not big, but when I spoke to Aaron on on the phone, I felt a sense of ease right away.

He asked for my full lease (just sent him by email), and within 15 minutes my landlord said that my lease would be legally terminated at $1,000. My landlord could not attach the correct RLTO outline to the lease.  I have told you that I paid Aaron, but everything went according to his promise.  My landlord paid my deposit in full with interest.  I have kept in touch with Aaron and have been introducing him to as many people as possible.

If you have any questions about the rights of the borrower, please do not hesitate to call. He is looking forward to doing business.  It's refreshing to be able to talk about a lawyer lately.

Anonymous

He hired Aaron, refused to release him, and returned his deposit safely. Aaron answered all my questions/concerns and submitted a maintenance contract that perfectly meets my needs.

I received the full deposit and I was confident throughout the process. If you have similar problems with RLTO or landlords, we recommend that you consult Aaron. He quickly returned to me and let me know as soon as he thought we had caused the incident.

I don't know why this man is so positive, but if he doesn't, he must have spent a bad day and brought it to his customers. I'll talk to you. Add a comment for the reply from Google. for it is very interesting.

Yesterday, I called Aaron to ask for his help, and he emailed me my loan and asked me to return it. So I did it at 1:4. I gave him time to look over the debt, and the next day I called him and asked him what I wanted to do, I explained my situation with him, and he didn't answer until he said, "You're just crying." I was immediately shocked, and when I asked why he told me that, he continued, "I think I can't help you." After that, you didn't need the help of your "professional". What does "professional" mean to potential clients? My "crying" is good for complaining to my STORY and is eligible for SUE. You bastard.  Take the money and time and go somewhere. This man doesn't mind despicable trickery.

Owner Reply:

"I refused to let me speak. I had an idea. All that we talked about had nothing to do with your ultimate concern. I'm sorry to keep listening for five minutes. "

My reply didn't refuse to explain my situation to you, to listen to your client as a professional lawyer, and to get all the information on the case. Everything I said was related to the incident. "If you stop whining, if you explain it politely, it will replace the negative comment with a positive one.

My note:

There is no excuse for the amateur you have shown. If a bad day comes and you take it out to someone, you'll work with him. This is your reputation, and if you intend to treat people like that, it will hurt you. I hope that you can learn from this review and grow as a better person. It would be a good idea to call you up, that you are not better than anyone and that you should not treat people like that.

Aaron enjoyed working together. He accomplished the work professionally, courteously and eventually. I would like to recommend Aaron 100% to a tenant in Chicago who is frustrated by the landlord. He helped me get my deposit twice. Overall, great experience!

Aaron Krolik was very helpful to the landlords who surprisingly seized some of our deposits. He explained everything and informed us in a timely manner throughout the process. Also, when the other party started to panic and lose coordination, they dealt very strategically. It was fun to work with such a frank and efficient person. Aaron's legal services are highly recommended for people with similar rental problems.

Five years later, Condo was lent out, but the landlord repainted the walls and bleached the floor except where the sun had put the rug, so he felt it was necessary to finish the hardwood floor again, so he stopped the landlord from lending out everything. He tried to persuade the landlord and the schoolmaster to wear ordinary clothes and what they were wearing. She just ignored my email and phone, and just pretended that there was no problem, and she mistakenly believed that it would disappear.  It was sad that he didn't react somehow, and I contacted Aaron and I was sure I had a good case.  I was immediately moved and I liked his candor. And he quickly worked on the problem, brought a lawsuit and finally negotiated a very advantageous solution.  Aaron is fair, honest, and effective in dealing with the laws of landlords and tenant farmers.

This is the second time I have had Aaron handle the issue of the tenant's savings.  He is always available by phone or email and replies immediately.  I like how he makes the whole process easy.  It took about three months to process everything through email and phone conversations.

If you have a good case, it will tell you right away and tell you how to proceed, so you won't lose your time.  Aaron is highly recommended for the needs of tenants.

When I say this, I wish I were like many people. I don't like litigation.  I don't really want to take my heart away from people in court.  However, only the Civil Court is actually making the case, and Aaron Kurrik came during a period between 2012 and 2013 when my husband and I had a terrible time with the landlord.  After a long talk, he went to the seizure and did not reveal it to us, so we were driven out of the force.  He and his new owner went over and over again in vain, so we decided that we had best start.  I received a notification and went out about a week before the lease expires.

Fast forward about a month ago.  I've never received a security deposit.  After an amateur survey, I realized that Chicago has very clear and strict regulations on the behavior of landlords and the return of deposits.  Now that 15-20 days have passed, we do not really have a deposit.  According to the Chicago Landowners and Tenant Farmers Ordinance, we will double the amount paid.

First, I tried to negotiate with the original landlord, and sent a check less than half of the original deposit for the foolish reason why he didn't pay.  I called him Aaron because it was hard to accept.

Aaron was a great lawyer.  He was quick to respond to the initial inquiries, always available by email or phone, and knew about the landlord and tenant ordinance.  He explained to us all the stages of the process, including the necessary costs, and kept updating us every time we went to trial or received a call from the other side.  We were really pleased with the wonderful service we received from Aaron.  It is highly recommended for those who are interested in Chicago, landlords and rental properties.  He has a lot of knowledge, and anyone can turn to a lawyer.

I don't think I need to appeal again (especially now, not the borrower), but I'll call Aaron right away when I get into similar difficulties.

Aaron helped 100% and became my ally without going to court to the expressionless landlord.  He always kept in touch with each other and always returned the phone and email in a timely manner.  Aaron and his company are highly advisable for tenant and landlord disputes.

Aaron is amazing. It is difficult to know where it begins to sing his hymn. After searching for another opinion about the lawsuit he filed in the trial, he called Aaron at random. Aaron gave me unprecedented advice and advice and reassured me in a situation that greatly raised my anxiety.
He took considerable time and patience to explain my choice and results. He is honest, direct, and completely relieved of his ability. and above all  I am not satisfied with the legal situation I have acquired, but I am very happy with a lawyer like Aaron, that he thinks of your best interests.

I was contacted by Aaron through a friend about my lease in Chicago. I got a lot of money at random and decided to buy a house. I'm not planning what I always owe. For months, I borrowed our pencils again, and tried to help the landlord, but it was not at all useful. Aaron reviewed our lease (for free) and found that it lacks an important part required by Chicago Cook County Law.

Now, only Aaron's friendly and expert has had time to answer my questions and concerns with her anxious husband. Everything has been going well so far. I moved more than a month ago, but I haven't heard anything from my landlord.

I would like to thank Aaron and recommend him to anyone who needs him.

Recommended! I was able to get my deposit back a little. He was quick, and he kept his promise to my roommate and I. I always return to Aaron when something goes wrong again. He won the judgment and collection process and remained with us.

He spoke to Aaron on on the phone, and he was grudgingly the main point of my case & I told him to send everything by email. Leases. I don't allow any time to talk on the phone.  I emailed him everything he needed and waited. I had no response for 11 days and finally telephoned him. At first, I thought I didn't know who I was. Then he seems to know my name, and I'm so much & to him; I said I emailed him. which I have not read, but I have no interest in undermining my case. a two-week waste At least one line of email reply should be thanked in time if the email does not intend to read the text.  Since Aaron uses money elsewhere and has infinite resources, it is not good to choose.

"After considering my rights and obligations, I ask you to purchase Xbox One at $300. Maybe play station 4. I don't know either of them yet. If you have any recommendations between console systems, please let us know.

Good luck on the weekend with building management. "

Aaron reviewed my documentation and gave me some advice, and then sent it to the original building management company. He was direct, reassuring, and experienced.

Tenants tend to be confused as they are, and there are constant conflicts between buildings and tenants. It is good for people like Aaron to provide the experience and gunnery necessary to understand the obligations of me and others and to fight with greedy managers.

If you have a problem with the building, you will be safe.

Aaron is amazing. The first encounter with him showed that we had good skills. He quickly responded to the questions and concerns we had. In particular, he helped us get out of the difficult situation, and within a week of moving, he paid the deposit in full. He is a real professional and I strongly recommend him. Thank you for helping me out of this difficult situation, Aaron. It reduces stress and makes it easy. We appreciate you.

Don't be taken in by Aaron's friendly attitude and sense of humor. He is a vigilant, agile lawyer who knows the Deposit Act and the Chicago Landowners' Tenant Order both inside and outside.

The previous landlord threatened to leave a part of our deposit to replace the key we said will not return. Aaron looked at our case and quickly pointed out the discrepancy between the lease contracts that we have the right to receive double the deposit. They did not know what attacked them, and we won and went out of court.

If you need legal assistance with your landlord or landlord, don't hesitate to call Aaron Clorik.

Aaron enjoyed working together. From the beginning, he explained the whole process to my roommate. Aaron answered the questions we asked about the process, which we made 100% clear.  He made it quick, easy, profitable!

I thank Aaron for everything went well!

I'm very happy that people like Aaron are looking for tenants' rights.  The moment I got on the phone, I felt his excitement and energy.  That's what we needed.  We were calling for help in this case, but Aaron did not treat us like a small customer.  He took care of everything as if he were an amateur.  Anyone looking for a real estate lawyer would recommend his service.

Anonymous

When the master and my landlord were about to finish our lease early, Aaron was able to get rid of all the trouble of my hands, and not only to finish the lease but to return the deposit in full.  He also helped me learn a very serious lesson about infringing the rights of the borrower.

The time and energy that Aaron saved me was very precious. He knows everything he should know about the Land Lease Act, and his approach is thoughtful and inventive.  I don't think there will be any better results for my situation, and I will definitely recommend his service.

This was a good enough review for my first loud review.  I don't know where to start, but Aaron is a real deal.  I had difficulty getting out of the lease by transferring to another state for work.  The landlord told me to pay about four months' rent as a purchase option (rent more than 1,000).  I reached Aaron and he answered quickly.  Not only did he let me off the lease, but I didn't have to pay the purchase price and returned my entire deposit. Aaron answered all my questions and was very detailed.  Professionalism is the best.  I strongly recommend Aaron Klorik. I can't be more satisfied! !

I've never worked with anyone, but I don't think there's anyone better than Aaron! Aaron (and Ayana) is very responsive and always keeps up to date. Aaron makes this terrible process painless! He knows what he is doing well, he is very kind and professional. I can't recommend him enough! If you have any problems with your rights as a tenant, Aaron Crrik is your partner!

Thank you, Aaron! !!!

Aaron was looking forward to working, and took back my deposit three times as efficiently as possible. for the landlord was too difficult to obey the law.  I recommend him to whoever is fighting with their landlord.

Aaron worked with us so great! This year, I fell into a terrible situation with my previous landlord, I was accused of stealing, and I was refused to return my deposit without notice... Basically, any matter that a landlord is legally required to do. Now Aaron was recommended to me, and he saved his life. I'm not usually a type of legal action, but Aaron made the whole situation easier. He quickly answered my email and spent time on the phone to understand the risks and rewards of my options. After all, I was short of verification and proof, and the landlord was trying to intimidate me, but all was unworthy of trial, Aaron settled me in an honest and candid manner, and at least got something worth troubling at first. I sincerely recommend his service.

Anonymous

I was involved in trouble with my landlord and needed legal advice.  I found this law firm in Yelp and contacted them on their website submission form.  Personally, I think it's a black hole for communication, but in this case, a staff member of the Krolik Law immediately contacted me by phone and email.

She answered all my legal questions and gave me a lot of information.  She was very useful, patient, knowledgeable, supportive.  If I encounter any legal trouble with future landlords, I will keep in mind the Kurliklik law.

Anonymous

finished with work  The most important thing was that the former master was particularly hard to serve, and when I finally got the place to serve her, he gave her a quick answer, and after she was served it, it made a big difference because it was the slam dunk we thought. I always recommend his service.

I don't know if there is anything in the review written by Aaron himself, but I'm sure I won't work with him again. He was very excited as a lawyer who could break the lease. It is a modest story to say that he is not content with pride.

From the beginning, it was impossible to contact this man. Yes, I think he is busy with lawyers. But all of us? He seemed to call me back and ask me a favor. Really? Ironically, before he took my money and left it on the same day, he was very easy to get.

Second, he became "best" and was able to break the lease. He is impossible. Most of the Chicago leasing industry is through AtProperties. If you lease through them, be careful.

3 First, his attitude shook me from the beginning. He is regarded as a rude and arrogant man. And, needless to say, he is. This man seems to have spent too much time talking with you. His answer is absurd. I can't see him continuing his business for long.

Of course, Aaron returned my money, so I could use two stars instead of one. I thought this man was a joke from the beginning. It is not very professional, it is a waste of time.

Aaron helped us in a really difficult situation. That year, I was plagued by a paranoid schizophrenia patient. The landlord constantly paid off it. He ignored our noisy complaints and the threatening remarks of this neighbor. (and, quite unrelated to the circumstances, the landlord would walk in as we wished, and without knowing anything else. Anyway, even though he promised us this spiritual relationship with his sick neighbor, he didn't intend to help us. He threatened to drive us out of our second bedroom, and upset our mentally ill neighbor! We had the landlord write a warning to another lawyer, but it didn't succeed. Since we were just born and we were not in a position to move, we had to renew our lease by the end. Accepting the strange demands of the neighborhood on the second floor, I did some improvement while circulating the egg shell, and avoided contact with the landlord. The landlord threatened us, and stopped the car for hours (deliberately, if you don't know) when I needed to leave home with the newborn. We knew that if we didn't leave, we might go crazy. I had met Aaron through a friend before, but I didn't realize he specialized in the field of this law. I consulted with my friends and he was an excellent lawyer, and he at once proposed to Aaron. Aaron was on it. Even if we were worried, he simply said "leave it to me" and we never bothered us. Within a few minutes I had caught some cases of my chance, and I was sure everything would go well. And it went. Aaron canceled the lease for us and received a deposit. He gave us the option of stopping the case here or seeking compensation. We were looking for just a move and a lawyer's fee. The landlord avoided the papers for months, but Aaron continued to guarantee us and persisted in him. In the end, we reached a reconciliation beyond compensating our troubles. Aaron was deeply interested in our situation and happiness. An expert in the landlord's Tenant Act who, in the event of such an unfortunate situation, will bring the lawyer you wish to your side. We keep in touch with him and continue to introduce him to friends. Thank you, Aaron!

Aaron is certainly a great lawyer. First of all, he is sensitive. I contacted him on the weekend and within a few hours he answered. Besides that, he is very good at helping us to understand our situation very frankly. After all, it went well. If you are having problems with deposits, Aaron is highly recommended.

I had to get off the lease for good reason. We felt a danger in this situation. My landlord was difficult, useless, disadvantageous. He contacted Aaron to help us legally terminate the lease without any restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. He answered my questions quickly and found a breach in order to break my lease with the landlord.

I was very nervous with my first experience with a lawyer, but Aaron took the time to walk step by step around what would happen. This clarity has helped me feel more at ease during the process. Aaron was able to recover us not only the entire deposit, but also the second half of the rent we paid after moving in the middle of the month. Recommended for those who need to get Aaron out of the lease.

Another item that you should not overlook is the Aaron fee. Everyone has the same one-time flat rate. He didn't ask me what my rent was before he taught me his rent, nor did he say it would cost me half a month's rent or a month's rent. I heard from other institutions that they are completely garbage.

Contact Aaron for help.

I can't recommend Aaron enough...

Two roommates and I were placed in a very awkward situation between the official landlord.  There are many detailed stories, but basically she was a terrible presence for us.  I have always heard that this tent has many rights, especially in Chicago.  We were as shy as she waited to see what she would do with the security deposit.  She not only deposited it, but also tried to charge us all the other guarantees.  At that time, we felt we had no choice but to look into the lawyer.  I was working in real estate and was quick to be called Aaron.

Aaron was very sensitive and quickly moved in the right direction.  All the processes were pain-free and worthy.

It was certainly wonderful to get compensation for what we experienced.  It would have been better for this man to learn a lesson.

Thank you again, Aaron!

I'm going to add it to a great review here.  Aaron is a great lawyer and a wonderful man.  There was something wrong with the expressionless landlord not returning our deposit.  Aaron took up the case at our suggestion. It opened and closed, but the landlord did not do the right thing.  We went to court.  When we arrived there, the landlord claimed that he had a terminal illness.  Aaron saw this out and called to him what it was, and said that the judge who knew from the other cases would probably be turned around by his dismal story.  My wife and I were angry at this situation, but through intelligence and humor, Aaron saved us from losing, being open to the incident, and from getting back money.  We paid in installments, and Aaron faithfully sent our payments in a year. He paid us a large share, then took some of his money, and then paid the rest.  He was a great man through everything. Now if I'm a landlord and I need a lawyer in this area, he'll be my man.

With a good reputation for Yelp, he contacted Aaron about RLTO violations. Friday's first conversation on September 16 was fruitful. On the next Monday, he received a follow-up call about the procedure (I didn't appeal to the landlord and I didn't know what the consequences would be) and he took a quick and rude attitude. I thought I'd do another shot, perhaps his  Aggression against a master is useful. On his last phone, he volunteered to be able to settle the complaint in about a day.

I signed a contract with my lawyer the next Tuesday. He sent an email to receive complaints about my review "immediately". On Thursday morning I followed to ask if I was ready, and he wrote that he would receive it by 5 p.m. on Friday. He called on Friday afternoon to see a new version of RLTO released on Tuesday and said he would receive complaints by Monday. He did not apologize for it being useful to me or for not fulfilling his promise, and did not admit that he successfully suggested the deadline for the appeal after the new RLTO came out. I said to him, "You told me that there would be complaints by last Friday," and before I finished, he cut me down and said: "I can say that I can't work with you. You're putting pressure on me." His behavior was completely unprofessional. I didn't like my client asking questions, so I got the impression that I wanted to work in a way that was right for me.

If I can't do one thing, I'm stressed. I always seem to be making repeated blunders and this time I was working on DISASTER.

An unavoidable situation has occurred after repeated arguments between my landlord and management to fix the plumbing of my apartment. My apartment was overflowing with sewage. I had to live in the hotel for more than two weeks. I had to throw away many of my belongings, buy new furniture and carpets, and remove mold.

Everything was going well, but he was rejected when his roommate renewed the lease! I have no reason!

When he came back, the landlord sent me an email saying that the owner of the building could not renew the "borrower" and had to pay off the apartment at the end of the lease. Lease expired in less than three days, needless to say, I ran away. I've called

Google several times, but most of the people I've spoken to are impatient, and they forced me to get a promise right away before I asked why I needed their services.

This is an urgent matter, not "wait a few days". If you had to move everything to storage, you had to know quickly.

I thought I would never sleep again. I asked Yelp for help and called Aaron. I explained my situation and he was 100% ahead.

I'm a person who says I just need to know, and I can't express what I've done with confidence. He not only explained "why" and "how" of the law to me, but also literally brought out the city laws of Chicago (and handed me my personal copy) and pointed out the exact violations of not only the landlord but also the building management company. In layman's terms...He looked at us with a big movie star smile and said, "There's no need to worry about anything."

Aaron honestly told me how to deal with the situation without him, but I insisted that I wasn't just working on it.

A) A team of lawyers

B), a terrible management company that would take personal revenge on me as I had replaced the carpet

C) and I certainly didn't want to deal with them...

"Oh, I am a very big man. I'm going to make a smart threat. I know everything I should know about rental properties. I own some families.

My favorite confrontation is to show my family status. If you don't know? !? My family are all lawyers. My friend? Big hit! !! They're also lawyers! !! I also have a doctor and a lawyer friend.

So...Yeah...... In other words, I'm a lawyer's 2"

stupid boyfriend—  He appointed himself a "legal representative" and appointed him an official speaker of all letters. It's not legal responsibility, it's not necessary to impress the lovable "Babe" (the landlord), and I didn't want to go out with the horrid ones again, let alone. There are 0 days left.) There is plenty of time to go out comfortably. Looking a little more discriminatory, you may actually find a better place to live...But if I fail, I know that Aaron will come for me.

Aaron A. Click to anyone in the dispute between the tenant and the landlord. He is really surprised.

Aaron helped his family out of the unpleasant situation between the landlord and tenant.  He would not accept your case unless he thought he could win (for example, in a weak case he simply didn't pay for it), and he certainly fulfilled his promise with our problem.

I agree with everything that other reviewers said. My relationship with my landlord worsened after I tried to negotiate conditions for a new lease. I contacted Aaron when the negotiation did not go well and the landlord started talking about my "contractual obligations". Good.

After the previous landlord acquired most of my deposit, which is said to have damaged the apartment, I took Aaron.  Aaron soon solved the suit and recovered my money.  Aaron was very professional-looking and made the process very easy.  If you have a problem with the landlord, call Aaron.

I found the situation confused and contacted Aaron.  The current building was destroyed, I was in a pinch to find a new place, and I signed with the landlord and was not worthy of trust.  I signed a lease, paid the first month's rent and deposit for a month and a half before moving, and after the delivery, the lessor and landlords disappeared.  When I examined things, the address of the lease contract seemed to be a company on a shelf.  When I tried to contact the lease person about the date of the move, he said, "I can't get in touch with the current tenant unless I contact the tenant."  What?  I took a lease and I was worried about it a week after moving.  There are several other settings for the alarm, but this review will stick to this case.  At the end of the story, when the day of moving came, the landlord could not deliver the building, in effect, because he did not receive the key.  When I contacted Aaron.  He was told not to pay the landlord the money to give me a full refund within a week.  Aaron offered to negotiate the lawyer's fee there, but to be honest, my money came back and I had to avoid having to deal with the lessor and landlord again.

In short, I hope I will never do it, but I would absolutely like to use Aaron Crrik.  I will also leave Michael A in the future. Gutiérrez, his fake company (New City Rentals), and his only landlord are Mr. Alvares.

Mr. Krolik is not altogether ridiculous, but a professional lawyer.  I need to break my lease...It was literally metaphorically broken down there,  Mr. Krolik read my lease but found an error...It was so big that I was able to move and got my deposit back  I need to say more......

In the middle of November, I and she contacted Aaron. A big rodent was found in the apartment, and the landlord lacked understanding. Aaron had a lot of knowledge and was able to respond quickly to both email and phone calls. The former landlord was a little bit cumbersome and with Aaron's help we were able to break our lease and repay our deposit. His reward is reasonable and his knowledge of the Chicago Residential Tenant Ordinance is wonderful. If he were put in an unhappy position to need an attorney to resolve the rental dispute, he would be able to get along with Aaron. He explained all our rights and procedures in plain English and answered all our questions. I never felt any pressure or was scammed. The previous landlord sent us back our money, so everything is going well. Thanks to Aaron

This is a long overdue review, but you must do it.  I have now worked with Aaron Krolik and two separate cases. Every time he has achieved excellent results.  Aaron is an expert in his field, and his depth of knowledge gives peace to the mind when repeating an unpleasant process of pursuing legal action.  Aaron did a great job to teach me about the course of action I could use, and through that process he showed me an extraordinary level of organization.  He did a great job of maintaining open communication as my case progressed.  Aaron represented me well in each case, and gave me the exact results he had said before the incident.  It is difficult to face the landlord, but I would recommend anyone who thinks of talking to Aaron.  He will listen carefully to your story and give a candid opinion on what resources you can use.

Aaron did a good job, dragged me out, and the family got out of the bad landlord and the bad situation.  I am very grateful to see him.  Thanks to Elipus and thank Aaron!

Aaron did a great job of solving the problem of security with my landlord.  He will use his real estate knowledge to help you if he decides that you have a legitimate case.  In my case, his work was fast, efficient, and the desired result reached.  Moreover, he is obtrusive (so on my side, working with him hardly requires any effort).  Finally, and most importantly, Aaron is passionate about what he does.  I work with him again and strongly recommend it to my real estate friends.

At first our case against our former master seemed hopeless.  Mr. Aaron Chlorik examined all the facts about the case and found a problem with several items.  Unfortunately, I was only allowed to pursue one of the products under Chicago law, but I was able to collect a deposit and then collect several items.

Mr. Klorik does not give up and submits his papers in a timely manner.  He takes time to convey the situation of the suit very well and explain legal conditions that are not obvious to people outside the law.

He is lying on the ground and is always on your side.

Anyone with a problem with the landlord will recommend him.

Aaron K. was an absolute godsend under the Security Money Act  I've heard that there are many landlords in Chicago who try to deposit your money.  For the purpose of earning money or maintaining it, which is not the responsibility of the borrower.  Well, the landlord tried to keep my money for over $2,000. too unhappy  Go to the Internet, find Aaron, and the rest are history.  He helped me get my deposit back.  There are many dirty villains out there doing nothing in this book. Aaron helps us fight them.  Thank you, Aaron Kurrik.  You are the Savior.  I need your help again!

The landlord tried to take up the alleged suspicion from our deposit, but we gave it little to avoid the trouble. Fortunately, I consulted Aaron and found that we had not only the right to receive a sufficient deposit, but also the right to sue in multiple landlord violations.  During the year Aaron finished all his work, we sat down and eventually helped to collect expensive settlement proposals that far exceeded the original demands.  Through the process, he was efficient, knowledgeable, and always able to answer questions.  We recommend Aaron to anyone who wants to cancel a lease or collect a deposit.

Aaron Krolik's law firm acts as they advertised and does nothing else because they don't need to. Why do you do something else when you are good at doing something? My roommate and I brought the case to Aaron after the landlord decided to run away with the deposit. Aaron simply explained his situation in simple words and asked him to know if he was doing it. When he judged that we had a legitimate right, he took every means necessary to get back our money. Aaron believed what he and his team were doing along the way, but Aaron repeatedly told us what was going on, contacted us through closing, set their goals and executed them completely. Aaron and his team will be great and will give you something worthy of those who want to protect it.
