During the winter and early spring I tried to get through the end of the apartment with Ardon W. Pat. Political landmines had led to the lurking in dangerous territorial waters. Ardon took charge of the matter and treated all the details as a secret gentleman. His work is wonderful and very thoughtful. I strongly recommend his work. I thought he was honest and professional. Ardon is the best real estate lawyer there. I'm the first buyer, and I can't help but say that Ardon made this purchase easier. He held my hand tightly. Rather, he always taught me my choice and allowed me to decide for myself. He showed me that none of my deals could work fast at me. He was always at the top of things and always at the bottom of things. More than that, he made me feel comfortable and confident about my choice. He did a hard job to represent me. I bought at home for the first time and Ardon was my lawyer, but I can't say enough wonderful things about him! He was with me and explained everything I needed to know, whenever I needed it or when I got a question, to be sure I got it. He was my most interested and made a proposal to protect me both legally and economically. I recommend Ardon for real estate transactions and call again when necessary.

Ardon has been my RE lawyer for several years. I can't really say his good thing. He is highly educated in Illinois's Real Estate Law, but you'll be surprised if you think all real estate lawyers have made their own decisions.
1) My wife's landlord did not repair, so I helped her stop renting.
3) In order to teach you how to build the lease properly, Section 8 has worked on the issue of security from tenants to poor service providers. Don't hire a lawyer for this kind of work. I'll have the money paid. Ardon was thorough, but didn't spend money to sin against me.
Finally, if you need a real estate lawyer, hire a great lawyer for Ardon.
