Jeremy Bell offered a great service from the time he offered a multi-flat in Chicago to the final deadline. Even though the pricing structure was uniform, it took me a long time to edit the documentation over and over and discuss the questions with me throughout the process. He was able to respond quickly to meeting time, respond flexibly, and manage discussions on work schedules. I can't say enough good things about Jeremy Bell and his staff.  They helped me sell my apartment in cooperation with Mark Zipperer at my super real estate agency ReMax.  They were professional, really kind, helpful, and, moreover, minute and minute.  I have never been better in response to phone calls or emails. Recently, Jeremy and his team worked on selling West Loop Condo.  I was no more pleased as a whole.  The management offices of both buyers and condominiums faced several challenges throughout the process.  Jeremy and Betsy accomplished it with great patience and expertise.  The most important thing is that both phone and email have very good communication capabilities.  They make them feel like a valuable customer and, if necessary, put their hands into a terrible procedure.

He worked with Jeremy as the first person to buy a house and he was wonderful. We are very sensitive, highly negotiable, and very good at explaining the 1,000 papers that we had to sign to conclude. For six to seven months, we were shopping (at first it was short-selling and oversold), but he was regularly working on all the documents, negotiations and documents that my lender asked. I found Bell Row in Yelp and the service I received at the Logan Square Condo sale didn't make me any happier. I'm in bad condition, so this may have been a very stressful process. My main concern is that my customers are well represented as real estate brokers.  There are several issues that can occur during real estate trading, so I'm trying to encourage my customers only to service providers who offer the best service and know how to do it.  Bell Row has never let me down on that point.

Avni Shah worked patiently for his family to solve the nightmare situation with a bad landlord. She spent a long time with us and made an effective legal plan that exceeded expectations. Jeremy was our lawyer when he sold his house recently. He was an expert and intelligent, and the staff were quick to answer the phone or to answer the phone. I've worked with several lawyers for years to help with real estate deals.  Jeremy Bell and his team at Bell Row were by far the best!  They also sold the house and bought the apartment, so that they could do my work relatively easily, to the minute.  

At the last conclusion, all the lessors, distributors and title companies made mistakes and were four hours late.  Jeremy, doing a double task, concentrated on everyone's work and kept his cool.  He went around the city in a zipper to finish another appointment deadline and returned to my room so that we didn't have to change the appointment.  

With great ability, he can work very well, wait for a long time, and enjoy signing large volumes of documents.

Today I looked for a real estate agent and a lawyer represented me and the real estate agent. I contacted Bell's law firm and Avni Shah was contacted by their law firm. She gave me the impression that she was serious, ethical and very willing to communicate because she needed communication to buy her own house and needed someone to use it. Today when I asked my broker to fill out the contract, I called three remaining voice messages, but I didn't hear anything, so I decided to email her information to be included in the contract. She sent an email little by little, I asked for complete information like a law firm, and asked for an email phone number for her name. What I said to her made her angry. I bolstered everything I needed to get into the contract, and she said she would not be my agent and buy a house.  They are very friendly like communication, and take a hard-core attitude when asking for comment information. In this case, I will not recommend her to anyone from this law firm. Because buying a house is a virtual time. If a real estate agent is ethical, practical and is not responsible for communication, it will fail. So I'll never hire her. In particular, in the era we live, there is no ethics or morality in anything in the business world. with care

When I bought my first apartment, I hired Jeremy Bell of Bell Law as a lawyer.  If you want to buy or sell in Chicago, I recommend it.  He is very devoted to his client and does anything to make his client express well.  He and his staff  Whenever I had a question, he would reply at once, and neither irritated nor disgusted. I called Bell based on the Yelp review, but after 30 minutes, I still got a call from Avni Shah.  She assured me, through a long conversation, that my work was in a legally fairly good state.  She advised me to walk a little to improve, so that was right!  I was pretty weak on the phone and she could feel it, but never tried to upsell me.  Fortunately, now we don't need legal services, but we know when and where we'll go if that happens.  Thank you very much for your cooperation.

I worked with Avni Shah and Dawn Paulson on the recent purchase of property.  They were very organized, and they were on top of them.  I am very worried that emails and questions will not be answered within a few days, and that it is happening in the lawyer's room.  I thought it was very good for Dawn to follow up on a question that the seller's lawyer did not answer, so the OCD checked the email every 10 minutes and was very helpful in getting answers.  Avni also urged me to request information from the seller's lawyer about my questions and concerns, very quickly.  On the day of the closing, Avni had a huge amount of documents that Dawn had collected for each customer, including all the documents and emails related to my case.  I think that organizing is a lot of talking about the high level of professionalism of this law firm.  Avni and Dawn, thanks for buying my first house as quietly as possible.
