In response to Yelp's review, Brad was a contract and, if possible, was better than his review.  I had not finished selling real estate for 14 years and I forgot to bend, bend, or bend.  Brad has always responded to any question within minutes, usually within hours.  He was my great supporter and negotiated with the buyer's lawyer to settle the problem fairly.

Brad is the best.  Period.

Brad would buy me a new house and then represent me instead of selling the previous one. I wanted a new real estate lawyer after the first home purchase, so I asked the Yelp community for an idea. I narrowed the list down and called two highly reviewed lawyers on the phone. Bradford was very concise and clear during the short conversation, and his lawyer's fee was very competitive. There are also five Yelp assessments, and Bradford decided to represent us.

I don't want to repeat what other Yelper already shares, but simply, everyone is right. Bradford and his team were very organized and thorough, and there was a situation with the seller that did not explain in detail for privacy. When they bought a house, they were a bit in trouble, and Bradford got involved in IT and defended for my wife and me. On the closing day of the purchase at home, Jonathan, who works with Bradford, announced that Bradford is on a journey. I had never spoken to Jonathan before the shop closed, but he was very professional, organized, and easy to work with.
If you need a reliable and sincere lawyer for one of the biggest financial decisions in your life, contact Bradford's legal group. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

Brad and his team had a wonderful experience. While 2,000 miles away, they represented me buying a home. Brad was able to respond very quickly throughout the process. It was not uncommon to receive email responses within an hour. He took on the authority of the lawyer and attended the deadline on our behalf.

Brad has recently bought me an apartment so it wasn't easy. He always answers questions, does the necessary things, and does the responsible administrative work thoroughly.

I explained everything exactly and I was not surprised in the shopping process of the house. They help me in the process, and because communication with me and others was fast and effective, they send equal praise to the staff.

This is my first home purchase, and I don't think Brad is going to be a good match. I will call him to all my friends in the future.

The law firm accepted my appeal, but immediately after he spoke to my real estate agent, he said he instructed the other party to decline the representation. I understand the situation, but he shouldn't have said he could get help.

In my opinion, my lawyer was not a $450,000, $500,000, $1 million transaction, so I don't want to represent myself.

My short sale has been approved by the lender. The lender gave me a choice and only waited for the buyer. All of these were done within one to two days of the listing of real estate.

There is no reason why the lender would not accept the offer.

Hello Diaz,

I think I can help you. I just want an explanation. The loan amount seems to be 99,500 dollars. Is that so?

Jonathan B. Blair | Lawyers | Bradford Miller Law, P.C.

Hello Ms. Diaz,

Last time I met the Prosecutor General calling for a representative, but unfortunately I was told to decline the representative in this matter. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot provide you with a short offer. Please help me with this matter.

Thank you.

Brad and his team deserve more than five stars. Attention to detail, rapid response, and overall cross-service response was lowest.  The best would have been that he appeared to sign the first house, explained all the little things, made sure that attention was needed, and removed the threats and fears of buying the first house. After all, he saved as many as $200, so he paid the fine and made sure that we were treated.  Brad is straightforward, gentle, and very efficient.  I couldn't recommend this company any longer. Really amazing!

Bradford Miller has many returning customers.  There is a reason for that.  He is wonderful.  I used his service for both buying and selling condominiums in the South Loop.  I can't believe his style of communication.  I sent him an email on Friday night, did not wait for an answer until Monday morning, and within an hour I had an answer from him.  He is very calm and professional, patient and terrible to answer the million questions that always come out when the shop is closed, and thoroughly investigate the charges and taxes of Cook County Chicago never finished, so he doubts his sanity and regrets the buyer.  Mr. Miller was very valuable in his expertise, support and professionalism.  I want to strongly recommend his company and his team.

Bradford was very frank about his work. He explained all that I wanted to answer, and was thorough in the closing papers. He can get in touch with her assistant Elvia throughout the week.

In addition, I overcharged his fee and he wrote me a check for excess. Bradford is a very honest person who recommends him to anyone who needs a real estate lawyer.

Jonathan Blair was my lawyer at a recent purchase of RE.  Jonathan didn't tell me to write a comment, but recently he's found it unusual to encounter a quality service, and when he receives it, he feels obliged to inform others.

It was my first time to buy it at home, so I was doing high maintenance.  Despite my time-consuming questions and requests, Jonathan was always unirritated, patient and quick to respond.

Jonathan feels like he has my back, so it's very valuable when you're doing the biggest shopping in your life.

Yelp reviews did not disappoint them because they trusted them when they chose BML.  The company is a leading company that adds value to RE transactions and has very competitive pricing.  I always use Jonathan again

Bradford Miller is a great real estate lawyer.  He is really a professional and has been supporting hundreds of clients in the Ticagorand region for more than 10 years.   Because Bradford is already closed, you don't have to tell him to close it all the time.   With simple and complex transactions, Bradford has the experience and skills you need to accelerate your home closures and get the most attention.

Bradford and all his legal teams deserve my best recommendation.

Brad represented me in selling condominiums in Chicago. I worked with him by email from Denver, but it ended all right. Brad and his co-worker Elizabeth had a thorough, clear and prompt communication. Elizabeth was efficient in getting the necessary documents from the Condominium Association. Brad is recommended to anyone who wants a smooth sales process.

I've been a real estate broker since 2004 and have been working both in terms of trading with Bradford. He sold out to me once, but there is still a record that I would close out with the fastest contract...31st!

He is a really good person, careful and sensitive. Since we are actually doing business, my customers love him. At the end of today, I have some lawyers I like, but I like to always see the name of Bradford...I think it will be a smooth transaction.

Anonymous

I recommend it. A friend recommended him to buy my first house. It was important because we didn't know what was going on and because he was on it, we didn't use real estate agents. The seller pursued an extra that I didn't know, and took up unnecessary fees when the store closed.

Closing was just a quagmire of paperwork, a completely seamless process for discussion. I either chose him or another high-class lawyer about Elip. The one who became the representative of the seller was a bit strange, so I made the right choice.

I lived in California until recently, so I didn't buy it in Illinois. Also, there was no one who introduced me to a good real estate lawyer in order to facilitate my trading.

Here I found Brad in Yelp. I chose not only because he had many evaluations, but also because those who criticized him were very active Yelp collaborators.. Not people with one or two reviews, but people who tend to be friends or family, and who increase reviews.

In brief, Brad did a wonderful job. Because the laws of Illinois and California differ, Brad has confirmed that we fully understand the process. He stayed in the best condition, got it right away through the process and saved nearly $3,000.

Thank you, Brad & amp; Thank you, Elp! !

Jonathan helped me twice at the Architectural Court in Chicago, but once he had a porch violation in four apartments. I bought another building with a long list of violations. In both cases Jonathan saved a great deal of money and that case  It has professionalism, efficiency, and accessibility.  He knows what he has, and gladly explains it when necessary. I thought that the price was very reasonable. I always reuse his services whenever I need them.

I needed a lawyer for the apartment I was buying. After Google Search, I found a lot of lawyers with great reviews and called me several times to ask for a fee to help me. I called this office for "free consultation", but the lawyer could not receive my phone and promised to receive a reply when he came back. I could not help noticing the gentleman's strong slapping in the back, shouting at the end of the telephone. After a while, I didn't get a return call. At that time, I didn't want this lawyer to represent me. I'm afraid I didn't have a good experience.

We worked on the deadline with Bradford and he announced us as a buyer. The store was delayed and Bradford had to spend a lot of time with us and work on every detail. He was very professional, accurate and helpful. He had to call several times and Bradford was always in his hands.
I absolutely recommend Bradford and try again. If you are looking for a reliable, organizational and efficient person, please contact Bradford.

When I first bought my home, I had a wonderful experience with Bradford Miller Row. Friendly, knowledgeable and always able to answer questions. We worked with a wonderful Jonathan. I'll definitely use it again! !

I never worked with a real estate lawyer, and Brad has come across from other sources. I'm glad I could meet him. He was very quick, and his advice was right. I've been working with him for two years, so he must have saved me from a headache. His fees are very cheap and he always follows up to see if he can solve the problem.

Brad and his company are absolutely recommended.

Recently, Bradford Miller Law's Bradford company sold West Loop Condo. This was the first time we were selling real estate, but he always gave us a good answer to our questions, so he made it very easy. He also helped us negotiate the terms of the contract in a way that would greatly benefit us. Bradford's perfect response also caused a little trouble when the store closed. If you're looking for a good real estate lawyer in Chicago who works with Bradford Miller Law, Bradford, Inc.

Brad is found through Yelp and has no review. His reward is not reasonable and his service is wonderful. Susan is his assistant and she is also wonderful. They are knowledgeable and always above all. Everything went smoothly just by following their instructions. Thanks to their excellent service to help me sell my apartment in Chicago, I actually reached out to Brad and helped him with another real estate transaction in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, he couldn't operate in California, so I'm lucky again and hope to find a good lawyer like him through Yelp.

We finished buying our apartment yesterday. Bradford was sensitive and learned at every stage, from first to last. We chose him to be a lawyer based on his excellent Yelp review. His excellent reputation is natural!

I needed a lawyer to buy a condominium for me. We were new compared to Chicago, and we didn't use real estate agents when we were searching for homes, so we didn't know exactly what we needed. Bradford was very easy to work with and made the stressful experience a seamless deal. Bradford was very pleased to know that he was very responsive to phone calls and emails sent in his way and that we chose the right person for the job.  Bradford had a great deal of knowledge, not only from buyers, but also from sellers, in every aspect of the sale. Bradford spent time explaining all the pages and answering the questions in detail, so the end was very smooth.
If you're an expert, knowledgeable, helpful, and agile lawyer, Bradford Miller is the best choice. If you need it in the future, we'll use Bradford again.

Bradford represented me at the end of this month. At the last two deadlines, I used my brother's real estate lawyer, but this time I decided to ask Elip to look for a lawyer, but no examination was held. Bradford is an excellent lawyer and he and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive. I strongly recommend him. I know that he will continue to be used in future real estate transactions.

Even the lenders have just closed down our new home, which is not good at math, and Mr. Miller, a lawyer, is very accessible and patient to help us get things done. He is very professional and has a detailed mindset. I am very happy and grateful. I strongly recommend him as your real estate lawyer.

Anonymous

Professional, quick, polite, and just, Bradford and tell me my experience at his company. Bradford helped to close Condo's store in Chicago. He was thorough from beginning to end, and whenever I was asked a question, he immediately got back to me. We asked three lawyers about Yelp for quotes and chose Bradford based on response time, service description and charges. By chance, my real estate agent recommended him.  Recommended!

I asked Bradford Miller to sell my apartment in Chicago and was very pleased with how it was handled. Mr. Miller and his staff were quick, communicative, professional-class people who did a great job to mitigate the inevitable impacts of selling real estate. He spoke exactly as he quoted, and Mr. Miller and his staff went out of their way to see if all the details were spoken correctly. Climb up this Great Low Harm with five stars and thumbs!

Brad has recently helped us with two real estate deals. & You are buying. Sales.  I'm glad you sold my apartment. I don't think anyone knew it for more than ten years, but he put a look of surprise on his face. I actually had the exclusive right to the second parking lot!  He could not solve it without the title company and a long detailed history. If I had been with him five years ago, I wish I could have used that space while I lived there.

Not only did I overcome the complexity, but I also received great advice through both transactions.

Get along with Brad.

Brad helped us with the selling area in our town. It ended suddenly within two weeks and the buyer's lawyer was hard to handle.  Brad exceeded my expectations, worked to get the results on the weekend of July 4, well informed, periodically updated my situation, efficiently done things, and finished smoothly for a week and a half. I have never met him in person, but he is kind, professional, and fun at work. Unlike other lawyers, many people insist on their efforts against the legal profession. Recommended to my friends and family to go to real estate deals in the future.

Anonymous

Bradford was very sensitive through the process. He and the people at his company were very nice and we were able to solve the last-minute problem a few days before the closing.

If you are buying or selling real estate, you should always call a lawyer and get something like Bradford Miller.

Anonymous

Let's be honest...Real estate transactions are a hassle. It hurts. Brad is a great lawyer unless you sell your house, inspect it, buy it, go through the rigorous procedures of the Condominium Association, appraisal and other fun involved.

The apartment around the West was a bit complex, and Brad was a professional, agile and knowledgeable man. If you need a lawyer for real estate deals, Brad is the best!

He is professional and polite. There is no typical lawyer. That's positive. Anyone who saves you from sitting in the last seat is a real estate hero in my book!

Thank you, Brad! !

I bought a condominium with Bradford from the landlord. Some lawyers tried to request an additional fee associated with it, but Brad simply offered me a fair price. He is a good lawyer for work and has a high level of professionalism. Through the pre-store to closing process, Brad listened very carefully to my questions and helped me understand the closing process. He gave me an estimate of my closing costs and reviewed the actual closing costs to me. Another point to note is that he is very agile and will reply to you soon. We strongly recommend Bradford and look forward to future trading.

Mr. Miller and his staff are professional, patient, and kind.  Mr. Miller is familiar with all areas of the Real Estate Act.  He represented me in both the qualifications of Chicago and suburban landlords and sellers.  He takes care of the details and is a very fair and wonderful listener.  Recently, he succeeded in introducing me to a very difficult sale.  If Mr. Miller wasn't in his seat, the negotiations would have failed and my fortune would not have sold.  If you want to increase your chances of success in a difficult market, it is a wise choice to adopt the Bradford Miller method.

Mr. Miller represented us at the closing ceremony at Portage Park this month. Mr. Miller and his assistant, Elvia, were very useful throughout all the trials. In the process of buying a house, we needed to pass a large amount of information and helped us to see if we could provide the right information to the right people at the right time. Mr. Miller also closed very simple and straight.

Brad helped us close last month. Very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Brad and his assistant, Susan, did their best to realize the process of the end as smooth as possible for us. Thank you for Brad's help, and I think it will be useful in the future!

I've recently traded with Brad and the seller.    The buyer's agent and the buyer's attorney were very difficult to work on when the store closed, and Brad had a hard job in completing this account.    I'm very pro-class faced with the storm at S@#$...

Anonymous

We sent an email asking for help in the case. Mr. Blair couldn't help, but it took time to review our papers and introduce us to the lawyer. Thank you.

Bradford bought our apartment at East Lake Shore and did a great job. Bradford was able to solve the problems he had gained from his previous proposal and his exceptional work continued to end.

I contacted Brad through his website, based on a great review of Yelp, and asked Brad for advice on whether my situation needed to hire a lawyer.  He advised me on the phone and walked through my situation, rather than advising me to hire him as a legal advisor or saying it was too complicated, but it was easier than I thought. Very refreshing.

Bradford is a really comfortable professional and a thorough lawyer, and he was looking forward to taking a vacation and working on it for us in a retail apartment in Backtown recently.  He is calm and answers all the questions. I will definitely recommend him.

Anonymous

I can't say how grateful I've recently been working with Bradford Miller Law for a short sale with a Rigriville apartment and working with them. Bradford is a professional organizer. He takes time to explain complex documents and explains them through every step of the process. He tells us exactly what to do and what to expect next. If we didn't go out with Bradford as a lawyer, this process would have been more stressful.  He is organized and calls in a timely manner. Office staff were always knowledgeable and kind. They spend time and effort on CITI mortgages every few days to get in and go through the process as soon as possible to check in and see if they are in their best condition. I recommend Bradford Miller Row to all my friends.

Recently, I worked with Brad when I closed my first home in Chicago. He provided excellent services. He made honest, clear and viable recommendations and focused on the interests of his customers. Closing the shop was very smooth and efficient. His contribution was greatly appreciated. We will not hesitate to use him again.

My husband and I traded last week at the Townhouse in Chicago. Bradford was lucky to be a lawyer. He is very intelligent, sensitive and kind.

We knew most of the procedures and rules in our second house, so we didn't hire a real estate agent. When the mortgage company called the lawyer, it soon found that he needed the lawyer. I made many calls according to Elip's review. Finally, Bradford's charge proved to be the most competitive of the calls I've ever made. And he and his staff were very sensitive and kind.

Brad took a look at our case and immediately started working on our problem. The phone and email were immediately and clearly answered, reducing the stress of the housing loan application and other procedures.

Some people were late at work and complained to each other. Bradford stood out and put everything in order.

I finally met Bradford on the last day. He is very kind. He explained everything in detail and solved the problem quickly. While we were waiting for the mortgage company to check the documents, we asked Bradford a lot of questions about real estate, some of which had nothing to do with our case. Bradford was always very kind and patient, and answered them all. He even offered to send us documents related to our questions. The lawyer's bad reputation had been told how money would move. But Bradford is not at all. He seems to be a kind and helpful friend. I highly recommend Bradford.

If you need to sell or buy a house, be sure to ask Bradford for help.

I think it also deals with landlords and tenant farmers. I'm very happy that if something awkward happens, I can help him a lot.

Anonymous

I recently closed the shop when I first bought a condo using Brad this March.  He always quickly answered the questions I had through the lawyer's review process and helped me get what was needed to make the concessions for the seller.  On the last day, I explained all the documents I signed in clear and concise words.  His price is competitive, and may be somewhat expensive, but he will be paid.  If you're going to shop in Chicago, I definitely recommend Brad.

In October 2013, I used Brad to trade in private real estate investment. He was very resourceful, noted my questions and timely in his response to my phone. I want to recommend him to my customers, friends and family. Living for more than ten years, I met many real estate lawyers. Brad is one of the few people I recommend.

Anonymous

Brad has been a big help to us through his first shopping experience. He is sensitive, patient, and very clear according to the instructions, so long as you carry out what he needs and keep looking at him in the long run, you will have a wonderful end process with Brad.

I used Bradford to sell my old apartment and buy a new one.  He was amazing!  Always responsive and always informed of the entire process  He helped us get a better deal when we were selling.  I recommend Bradford Miller Row.

My husband and I just closed their dream house this month. With Miller's expertise and legal expertise, our closure has been endless! He questioned the company's sincerity about the issue of cutting financial costs by $9,000.  He is one of the most agile lawyers and excellent experts I've ever worked with. I'm looking forward to being with you in the future, and I recommend you! Thanks, Mr. Miller! !

Brad helped his husband and I close the first place a few weeks ago. It was the first time to buy a family, and it was a bit hard, but Brad made this process go smoothly and easily. You can answer questions by email or phone at any time, if necessary.

If you want to buy at home and drop off, we recommend Brad.

Brad was just a professional and prompt person who wrote the leases we used in the building.  He had great communication and was able to answer all our questions.  He had written a lease to suit our needs and was a great resource of information. I will always work with Brad in the future.

Book John Blair and finish now...No, I'm serious right now.  Really, stop clicking on your own request and other real estate lawyers, book him.

Why?

1. I was the first person to do some shopping at home, and I had a dozen questions.  John answered them all professionally and thoughtfully.
2. He promptly answered all emails and calls.
3. When a lawyer played a game on the closing day, he kept a professional relationship with me, but he hit the clown with a hammer, locked the closing time and gave little room.
4。 He showed me around when the shop was closed. He explained all the contracts that I could understand.
5. At the closing of the meeting, he suggested to me that it was a small matter that I could not accept.
6 When my real estate agent and mortgage broker have to stop closing and not yet finished, he remains to the end and the deal is over.
7 A few weeks after the closing of the shop, a small escrow appeared, and even when I was no longer his active client, he was as quick, careful, and thoughtful as if I were an active client.

John cannot be recommended enough and will be used reliably.

No one knows who likes to tackle legal issues, but I did it for the Slam landlord, so I enjoyed working with Brad. He is the most pleasant of a lawyer, but he treats my case with confidence and security, and it seems like a court beast. He not only won my case, but also helped my friends and family with the problems of the last few years. I will definitely recommend him 1000%. He is different from other lawyers. He is honest, honest, and if you don't know anything about the law, it's definitely a plus. Thank you, Mr. Miller! !!!

I was impressed by the recent short sale results (closed at 12/29/11).  We strongly recommend Bradford for legal issues related to real estate. Bradford and his expert team are very familiar with the short sale process. I met Bradford twice during the first consultation and closing. If I'm like you, I have time limitations. Bradford and his team effectively communicated via phone, email and fax, and obtained all the necessary documents. They provided guidance, updated regularly, answered all my questions, but most of them arrived timely. Bradford Miller is certainly a good relationship!

Bradford recently helped us buy our first house and it was great! For the first time, home buyers were able to answer all our questions, though this process was sometimes intimidating and stressful. Two weeks before the shop closed, he left the country to see if the country would work and if our deadline would not change. I highly recommend him!

My husband and I were planning to buy a Town Home in Lincoln Park, but recently I was called Bradford by my close boyfriend who bought near Taylor Street. Even after listening to all the love, Bradford had a great deal more than we expected and enjoyed working with him. The seller's lawyer, though a little too thin to say, retained his composure and was patient throughout the process. The conclusion was thorough, and before the signing, we were sure to review everything...A penny is worth a penny, a penny is highly appreciated!

Anonymous

We really enjoyed working with Bradford. He is very clear and sensitive. The people in his office are also gentle and sensitive. He writes a professional letter to the sender.  On the closing day, we were impressed by his patience. After 50 signatures, he explained all the documents without looking bored, even though he was bored. It is fortunate that a formidable lawyer (for example, a seller's lawyer will not write the correct reply, only scribbled on the margin of the letter) will ask for the same or more amount, so that he will get a good lawyer.

Anonymous

He took Bradford from a real estate agent and was impressed by his professionalism in dealing with another sale. I would like to be pleased with the level of service he provided and recommend his work to those seeking affordable, efficient and responsive expression in his field of business.

With Bradford's lawyer, we have finished the complex sale of condos involving negotiations with banks and the outside. Bradford dealt with several moving songs in this deal, and his level of communication was overall great. His advice was practical and focused on the results, so I am satisfied with the results.

As a lawyer, my lawyer expects a high level of service. I'm glad to say that Bradford always exceeded that expectation.

Brad Miller saves his life! !!!!! I bought my first apartment in the city and signed a contract to close the store two weeks before Halloween. Even though she expected to close before Thanksgiving, the seller's lawyer realized she had never closed the residential property in her life! Needless to say, it helps to hire lawyers who can navigate this situation for themselves, and Bradford Miller does more than that. He fulfilled all of the obligations of the buyer lawyer and also fulfilled some of the responsibilities of the seller. In the end, the seller's lawyer didn't know, so it was about two months after the contract was signed. But Brad, making sure that he knew what I was signing for, always had the most interest in his idea. If you need a buyer at home for the first time, call the lawyer and call Bradford Miller!
