David Oskin has experienced intellectual property prosecution, litigation, and licensing issues including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, and Internet. He has been responsible for cases before several U.S. District Courts, Patent Judges (petition, trial, retrial and trial), and Trademark Judges (trial, trial and rescission). David Oskin is providing broad business consultations and applications for patent trademarks to customers in both the United States and the international community.
Before becoming a lawyer, he was in charge of designing and manufacturing machines and electrical parts, programming software and integrating systems.
