About

After several years of lawsuits and trials in New York, I returned to my childhood home in Chicago. When I started to establish my position as a lawyer here, I came across something called the "Cooperative Law." Because I got divorced, I had the opportunity to help couples who work together, in order to make the very difficult decisions that are necessary and sometimes confusing to close a book on marriage. Since I was aware of the Collaborative Practice for the first time, I have played both the Board of Directors in Illinois and the Professional Academy for International Cooperation, and have been deeply involved with the region and the international community. I recently also established a collaborative practice professional in Illinois.

divorce without war From a dispute to a decision. I work with people who can't just "get away" and people who are having trouble. However, they don't want to leave the matter to the judges, depending on the high court costs. I'm no longer going to take any action. Since 2000, I've been focusing on couples who want to end their marriage and hope the process will be as healthy and constructive as possible. In 2014, I decided to offer my services to those who were involved in other relationships and conflicts and needed to help them reach a common decision-making or a possible agreement. not a lawsuit The couple who are considering divorce unmarried parents Neighbors. tenant Small Business...... All of these and all others can benefit from working together to reach a contract that can be worked on. Whether we do collaborative work, mediation, counseling and teaching, one of my goals is to spend as much time and money as we need with me. It's an honor to be able to talk if you want to find out what you can do to fight a lot of money, other than to go to court.

I&A;#39; is ' Business History '... in the US. ... After my history...It's the good part of my life at this point that I'm taking part in collaboration practices and working on that growth.

My former husband and I worked with Mr. Rossi to end the 16-year marriage in a friendly way. He made this difficult process much easier than most people would have experienced. He was professional, kind, supportive, knowledgeable, caring. By using a cooperative approach, we have improved our relationship so that we can save thousands of dollars and move forward without feeling resentment or anger.

My husband found Mr. Rossi while he was looking for a divorce lawyer. He felt at once comfortable with Mr. Rossi. After we talked together, we were convinced that joint divorce was the way to do it. Mr. Rossi guided us through each road. He made it possible for us to understand all the legality without pushing, pushing, pushing or pushing. He made a very sad incident easy. I would like to recommend a joint process for Carl Rossi and those considering divorce.

Thank Carl and Nicole Capraro for helping us in difficult situations.  Divorce is never easy, but the process of cooperation is done with respect.  JSYK, Carl represented not me but my previous husband.  And I still continue to write this practice and philosophy.

Nobody wants a divorce.  Don't believe me.  I really think that God helped me to lead Mr. Rossi to create the most safe process for divorce.  He not only treats people like numbers, he really cares about people and their feelings.   He listened to everything that my ex-wife and I had to say and took it into consideration.  You are not an average analytical and uncaring lawyer.  If you and your spouse want to get a friendly divorce, Mr. Rossi and his joint work are to help you go.  I was, of course, a little uneasy, but after the fact, I had no choice but to say that I was no more blessed with the decision I had made.  His office is outside the house, and for me it's more comfortable than the place to cut off work cookies.   No one needs to experience a divorce, but if so, you must look over this gentleman.  If you read this, I hope it works.  I know it's difficult.

I am not a client, but I met Michael and discussed his practice and philosophy.  I was moved too much.  Michael is more than a mediator.  He is a very sincere person, a person who cares and has a very thoughtful way to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.  I also strongly felt who Michael was.  He was kind to the distinction between time and thought.  He is a good man.  He is the man I trust. They help couples come to a viable solution that can move forward as positively as possible.  Divorce is not necessarily possible.    If you're looking for a solution to mediation, we recommend you reach out to meet Michael.  He is a very good person and I can trust him. Contribute to the good results in a good way for you two.
