Jay was recommended to our real estate agent. My fiancee and I are very happy to work with him. He was very knowledgeable, agile, and great to work together! He explained everything well and made it possible to understand everything that was going on. He also worked well with our agents and lenders to make everything efficient. I definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

Collins and Burton were used to buy at home. Jay dealt with his family's work in the past and was highly recommended. I can agree with them 100% after I experience it. Jay is completely in the corner of the customer to always protect us. He is concentrating on accomplishing the transaction. I had a problem with the mortgage company, so Jay called them and didn't hesitate to fix it.
In the process, I was informed that he was approaching the end. However, the phone and email are always returned in a timely manner, so you didn't have to remember that you had to speak on your second phone.
I hope you won't buy a house for a while, but then Jay will call you first.

We had no problem other than buying an apartment. Jay went far beyond the expectation of helping us. He was agile, reliable, and very effective. He made a better deal with us in a new apartment, including a neighbor with a legal background. I can't imagine a better experience with a lawyer, so I recommend him to anyone.

I can't make Jay into six stars, so I need five. I've been a real estate agent in Chicago for over 10 years, but when my customer chooses Jay as a lawyer, I sigh of relief. He's smart, funny, patient, and has a good communicator. He will be a good asset for any real estate team.

Five star reviews....ever.If the service is worth five stars, they can't have done better. But in this case, five stars are natural.
We have used Jay four times in the last three years, and he is always outstanding. Most of the reactions nail into the head. If many reviews say that this business is a recommendation, it provides information in quantities according to the service level provided. I have recommended Jay many times over the last three years and will continue to do so in the future. Good job!

Jay was cool and efficient until he sold my apartment. We have, unexpected and sometimes unreasonable demand from the other party Jay solved the problem realistically. In addition, Jay responded very quickly to my request for contact. When it comes to closing, Jay is highly recommended.

I was a home buyer for the first time and Jay was recommended to my agent. Jay is wonderful. It is a human resource who is personal, knowledgeable, efficient, and versatile. Jay was always available by email before the store closed in case I had any questions. Since I'm a mail addict, I found out how to communicate. At the end, he was quick and efficient, and continued to explain all the papers I could understand without the overwhelming legal jargon. I absolutely recommend Jay's service again and definitely to others.

Since Jay Collins has been used for three transactions in the past decade, Jay and his team were no longer satisfied with the level of service they offer. In recent transactions, Jay made unnecessary transactions for me to make sure that the deal was made in response to unjust demands from the buyer. Jay responds quickly via email/phone, and to my questions, I'm happy to spend the entire process and patiently accept it. I can't recommend Jay too much!

Jay Collins was recommended to our real estate agent. Jay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. As the first home buyer, he patiently explained everything to us. Sometimes two or three times =) Jay broke it into the "lay" condition to people other than our real estate lawyer. Our business looked like a nightmare, but ended after all. During this agony he overcame things and informed us all. My book was very large in communication and I liked it every second. Jay was very relieved as a lawyer and wanted to recommend him.

Jay was recommended by a real estate agent when he bought my second apartment. I couldn't be happier any more. The quality of the service, the responsiveness to the questions, and the professionalism in general were more than I thought. In particular, when I compared him with the real estate lawyer I used to buy my first apartment, Jay guided me both to sell my current apartment and to buy a new one. Also, the apartment I was buying was new. If you don't know, it's an incredible nightmare code. Despite the time and conflict between the developers and the lawyer, no additional charges were charged and he helped.
Oh, did you say you tried to pay the full property tax for 43 buildings one year later? I called Jay and he let go of my hand and worked with their lawyer to solve the problem.
In short, Jay unhesitatingly advises those looking for a real estate lawyer.

A few years ago after moving to Chicago, I met Jay Collins at the Chamber of Commerce for the first time. I needed legal support for the newly launched retail business and for the individual's real estate plan. It soon became clear that Jay had all the desired qualities of an excellent lawyer (an expert, a courteous, competent, and honest man) without having any of the nasty qualities of meeting most professional people. Jay and his partner, Staci Burton, are never stereotyped suspicious lawyers. Fast forward a few years. After I started my real estate business, I enjoyed doing business again with Jay Collins. Again, he dealt with the deal in an exceptional way. I recommend Collins and Burton over and over again, and I will do so in the future.
