He takes time  and the energy and positive attitude he has of looking for what interests him most than any other lawyer. I had the wrong character to "work" with Mr. Kiorbasa.  He was surprisingly rude, unlike professionals.  His assistant didn't even know the most basic aspect of residential property.  The documents they had prepared were shabby and they were all completed at the last minute.  He made little effort or thought of the end.  I don't recommend working with him/his company.

Don is the best.  I advise him to become your next real estate lawyer at any time this week.  Don is very sensitive and usually contacts customers within a few minutes, so before actually coming, is very familiar with explaining the nuances that are actually playing.  He also makes him think he is really his advocate and is willing to be in his own interest.

After I helped finish my apartment sales, I helped another buyer with my help.

If you need a real estate lawyer, you can't do as much as Mr. Kiorbasa. He attended the sale of our house and bought a condominium a few weeks later. He is knowledgeable, efficient, sensitive, and agile. During both sales and purchases, he answered my questions very patiently and quickly. My wife and I used Don while trying to sell our apartment in the city. Originally bought by the city program, there were many regulations on the resale of condominiums. I didn't really think I could close the shop, but I ended my work with his contacts and knowledge.

When I bought my apartment last month, Don was my real estate lawyer and he did a great job! He was very kind, he explained all the documents I had signed at the end, and he put forward for me through the review and conclusion of the lawyer. He had the flexibility to schedule and attend my accounts within two hours of receiving "Clear to Close" from my lender. In particular, I was moved because the shop was closed about 45 minutes north in the suburbs.

Recently, many lawyers have closed the deal in 54 days with Don on short sale and don't even go to the bank in 60 days, so I recommend my parents to use Don for their property plans and they are willing to work. Don was our lawyer when I recently bought a new house.  Wanting to close the store early, I had a problem with a mortgage that allowed Don to do a lot of work on the edge of the ring.  He was amazing!  He did everything quickly, and my husband and I were confident and informed throughout the process.  He's a professional, but he's also kind and can work very easily.  In addition to this movement, there were various other problems, so working with Don was a good part of selling.  He answered several questions after the deal was completed.  I strongly recommend hiring Don as a real estate lawyer!

Don on Yelp was found in need of short-term sales assistance. I contacted a great real estate agent and made a great team! The housing listed in July was sold for the first time in late November, and closed at the end of January after being sold for the last time in mid-December. He was a very knowledgeable and excellent negotiator, but he was friendly and informed, so he took a step in the road to let us know. Anyone looking for a lawyer who can work with you is highly recommended.
