the worst law firm in history  I dragged out my case forever and continued to charge me ten times the cost I should spend on my type of case.  a lewd turn  Bring their extrajudicial claims and unethical conduct to the bar's steering committee.   It really hurts. I hope we can help as many people as possible avoid them.  If a lawyer is told that he is incompetent, I agree with other inspectors.  The company will not come near the company, saving huge sums of money and frustration

Stay away from Steve Wittenberg and Katie Opal. Steve is better suited to Hollywood agents than lawyers dealing with serious family problems. He never prepares to handle the case. If the phone doesn't come for weeks, it misses the phone, ignores the email and takes a serious delay in the trial. When he appears, he is no longer familiar with the case, and can easily collapse to what the other lawyer pleads or wants, without knowing the facts or what his client wants. When he is wise about his incompetence, he talks with your hands behind you without you and comes out with an agreed command that is not exactly what he represents. Then, he will hold an important meeting to go and ignore you. Opal is technically proficient, but he is easily confused and off-track. She is not capable of dealing with the other lawyer, asking for a simple agreement, or continuing to argue later than an effective and timely resolution. She was present at the expense of nearly $10,000 in four weekend visits. It's not a one-year weekend visit, it's a strange thing to solve in an hour. I spent two years in total vain until it became clear.
