I received a certificate from Circuit Court that I was charged with debt and immediately went to Google and looked for the best debt collector in Chicago.  Dan Edelman came everywhere, so I decided to email him.  In fact, I emailed the same way as 30 lawyers, but he was one of the few lawyers that returned to me, and he wasn't a fool at all.  He did not hesitate to review the details of my case.  We traded some emails and then set up a phone call.  He was kind, honest, I could say I knew the law well, and he was very polite and kind to me.

I was engaged to Francis Green, but I was surprised, especially at the aggressive Junk Dead Collector, when I was in the middle of dinner at night when I was called. I have a well known name, and I can't lie if I say I found the wrong picture before I looked for someone else. Anyway, I went through the usual procedure and asked the collector's lawyer to confirm whether the debt was my property or not, as there was no record in the letter of credit. This was a mistake because I had attached a copy of my letter of credit to the summons.  It was almost useless to dissuade the company and they did not withdraw. I was about 15 minutes early in the court, and I saw how the process went and how the judge was very upset about the relative relations he had shown to the collector.  It was clear to me that this court had no objectivity. The judge seemed angry because I wanted to explain that the debt was not mine, and that it was a mistake. She only asked me if I had received the opposite advice and what I was going to do with the debt. I answered that I would fight. She must have worried even more because I began to worry immediately when I was asked why I didn't solve it now.
That was all she had decided to show the evidence. Knowing that I was over my head, I answered the phone right away.

The lawyer who found me before came back and tried to appeal me again. The collectors called Francis fled in haste, and offered to cancel the case unless they pursued him.

My advice is: If you can be chased by the Junk Bond Collector, don't think of taking your place. Just call them and get them to work on the case for themselves.

I went over a lot before I chose a lawyer. Incredible. Edelman, Combus, Ratner & amp; Goodwin was highly regarded and highly appreciated. Francis Green saved my sanity and (as I know now) helped me financially.

A chance encounter has given a default decision of thousands of dollars to a law firm I have never heard of.  The fact that I had the most common name in the Western world, and that I had left the area long before I was released was wrong.  My fiancee (a graduate of Ale Law School) didn't initially believe this was possible. "How does a company stand before a judge, claim the right to show evidence thin and against thousands of dollars, and put a rubber stamp on the defense without anyone touching it? That's not the law." After you speak to Francis, you learn the harsh truth. This Caucasian scenario takes place thousands of times a year in this country. Today, a collector assaulted the law and a credit research company accompanied him.  Life is lost.  

As other people say: The staff are all great. I was greatly upset, and at once took my reins, bound all the papers I needed, and dealt with them all. I have never set foot in the court. (The lawyer was not on the other side - he never appeared again after we sued).  The judgment was invalidated by the civil court.  I was surprised how quickly that was resolved.  

Yes, it may cost you money to correct the same evil. I think the way you spend money is good because the score of FICO increases, not only does it increase your profit, but it also soothes your sorrow and frustration over many years. If you think you can't afford to hire a lawyer to solve this kind of problem, try to remember how common it is for potential employers to perform LexisNexis and credit searches, and how much you'll be left on record in your next job search. That alone is worth talking to the lawyer and checking if the incident occurred. Francis Green is not highly appreciated if for any reason a collection authority or creditor sued.
