Mark was found to be an introduction from Cook County Attorney. My sister is mentally ill at 17 years. When we learned that the law was changed in 2008, we began to use this law to work with state lawyers and to get the help of our sister. They introduced us to Mr. Epstein for the help of his guardian. We are still in the process of this incident, but it was Mr. Epstein who caused the hospital involuntary stay and treatment! Even state lawyers said that without Mark Epstein's help it would never have been possible. We are very grateful and look forward to putting together our guardians.
