I'm glad I knew there were still good people!  First, he says he didn't hire James Irwin who gave him the information he needed on the phone.

When I was looking up my lawyer on the phone, I hurriedly asked before I felt the meter was moving.  James quickly identified my situation, reviewed the document, and gave me expert advice. In the

I have been using the Irwin method for more than three years. At first, they were hired to buy long-term seizure. Although the purchase was not over, Jim was most impressed by the patience and flexibility of the process. We moved to another property and returned to them. I was very happy that I could handle it incredibly smoothly. Jim seemed to be able to handle all his skills easily, so he took them off our plate. A year ago, I encountered a problem with a rental property. At this point, I knew exactly where to go. Again, they took over all the deals with the other lawyer. The problem with rental properties is not interesting, and I can't help but say I'm completely relieved to know that Jim will launch it for me.
Jim is always accessible and my email is always timely. One of his characteristics is the ability to hear and evaluate  Quickly. His knowledge is broad and extensive, so he is the source of my quick questions and concerns. I will continue to use them and present the highest recommendations possible.

My husband and I want to get old and get the finances right. We contacted the lawyer, compared the price of the written opinion, and received opinions on legal questions.
After all, his price was very fair and he answered our questions quickly. Some law firms didn't want to cause trouble! His work was thorough and it was fun to work together. In the future, if you need legal assistance, you know where to go. We strongly recommend Jim and his office.

We hired him in the past and had a good experience, but sometimes we had problems trying to catch him. For more than two weeks, I tried to get in touch by email or phone, and I called directly, but I was told that I was on a conference call.  I couldn't interrupt, so I came to get in touch. Three days later, I still haven't heard from him.  At this point, we gave up.

What a great man! I had a dispute over the bill between the Condominium Association and the plumber and asked if he would act for me. They asked for an email explaining the situation I sent. He called me back on the same day, but he refused because there was a dispute over a small amount of money compared to the price of my representative. But he took the time to explain how I could stand in the Small Claims Court. Thank you, Jim Irwin!

My wife and I asked the gym at Erwin and Associates to help us with the problems that were happening between our apartment and the owner's association of the house, and eventually to write a rental agreement to rent our room.  Overall, it was a very good experience, but the following is a breakdown of the situation.

-Lease: No.  It was not thoroughly and lacking that I thought of some pretty basic provisions on good leases.  I was able to find a free lease on line that I think is better than what you prepared.  And it was expensive.  It costs $360 to prepare, but it seems especially expensive considering how poor it was.

-Condo/HOA says: a better experience  We thought the work was good and felt it at reasonable cost.  After all, our problems were solved, and they needed the help of the lawyer rather than the lease contract.

- Services: Jim was very kind and helpful and spent time explaining everything thoroughly.  Working with him was very easy and I felt that I was really interested in finding a good solution to our situation.

After all, I am satisfied with my experience, and I am not dissatisfied with the price, considering how high the eligible legal counseling is.  But if you're looking for basic things like lease preparation, try using software that you can buy or use on line resources.

I recently had Jim Irwin represent me when I sold my Chicago apartment.  

Jim and its staff are not able to recommend a good company in terms of courtesy, patience, candid, and quick communication to phone and email. Real Estate Act (especially Chicago condos). If you buy or sell a Chicago house, especially if you want a lawyer who knows the real estate landscape of Chicago)  In order to find out old documents (through my files and mortgage lenders, it takes patience, and politely) to organize the property and negotiate with the buyer, it is necessary to work to ensure a clear right to the property.  Jim spoke frankly to me about these problems and advised me in a very short time.  If I hadn't been a representative, I wouldn't have known at all that these were problems, and the results would have been almost difficult.  

Finally, the fixed price of the settlement of Erwin Law (including both title search and related advice, pre- and post-examination with buyer agents and lawyers, preparation of financial statements, and presentation of financial results at the time of settlement) was very reasonable. In retrospect, without the knowledge of the Real Estate Act, it was entirely unreasonable for me to keep it, as it would cost me a lot more to go alone (or even a more thorough and undiligent lawyer).  I've never been as grateful to my professional services as I am here.  I thanked Jim and his staff directly, but please say the same thanks here.

James Irwin and Alicia Irwin were great people who worked with my husband and helped me buy my first house. I interviewed several lawyers and then chose them. From the beginning, I felt good feelings for Erwin and Associates, and I was glad I chose them. At first, I wanted to get in touch with you a little bit more, but soon I realized I could trust you, and in preparation for the deadline, if you have new information, you can update it, and I will let you know if you need anything. Jim was good at closing and thoroughly reviewed all the documents, found some mistakes and confirmed that everything was fixed before the closing was completed. James Irwin is a wonderful lawyer. I sent an inquiry on his website and he replied by email the same day. He is very easy to approach and quick. My question was answered immediately. He explained the process and helped me deal with difficult sellers in my place. If it had not been for his expertise and professionalism, sales would have declined significantly.

Recently, James Irwin and his colleague Andrea Jardine represented our house shopping, and we were very impressed with the level of service we received.  

We do not really understand this process between the time we accept the bid and the time we close the store, we are the first homebuyers.  Fortunately, James and Andrea have patiently explained to us.  Communication was also wonderful.  Our email and telephone were immediately answered.  Over the past two weeks, we have worked primarily with James, and we have enjoyed working with him very much.  He is an ordinary man and quite honest (rare for lawyers, j/k;)  The price is very cheap!

Overall, Erwin and Associates are highly recommended, especially if your first home customer likes us.

We worked with Jim Irwin to sell our town in Chicago, and we were all delighted.  Jim easily contacted each other, communicated and simplified the whole process.  Before closing, Jim went out of the state and did everything to Jim so he wouldn't have to jump into the shop. Erwin & amp;LLC associates introduced me to a recent sale of a condominium.  While I was selling my apartment, I got a new post at work and moved to a new apartment.  Jim Irwin and his team easily sold my apartment and instead of worrying about the details of selling the house, they concentrated on their new job.  

Jim had the best chance to go ahead and look into potential real estate tax deductions and eventually save me more than $3,000.  The savings were easy to cover the lawyer's expenses.  If you need a lawyer, I highly recommend this company.

I have worked with Andrea several times at a real estate agency for full disclosure.  I regularly introduce her to customers (both buyers and sellers) and need a lawyer for their transactions.  Now...Why...I'll tell you if.

I met when Andrea was representing "the other" at the closing shop for customers and buyers.  I was completely confused (the seller, the seller, and the seller were Ninkops, and Andrea also pushed the deal on her lap that morning!)  Andrea dealt with the tragedy with grace and elegance, and decided to call her next time her client came in need of a lawyer.  

Since then, I've made many advances to her and my client has loved her work.  She is shrewd as long as she comes out.  She is a good communicator and the prices are very competitive.  

As a real estate agent, I really appreciate her dedication and level of communication.  Since I use Andrea in my personal transactions, I think I'm one of her many satisfied customers.

As a real estate broker and investor, I cannot explain how grateful Jim Irwin and his team are. Erwin & I also make personal transactions with customers.  

Jim and Kerry have given a lot of value to my transactions through hard work and quickly dealt with all the problems that occurred. In this tough market, real estate transactions may quickly get worse, take action quickly, and if you don't become a veteran, you may be forced to compromise.

Jim was patient, thorough, accurate, and focused through the long-term close process. For example, it deals with underwriting departments outside the state and last-minute issues that almost damage transactions.  He is a great resource of real estate and we use him for other legal needs.

Jim recently represented me on the purchase of my apartment. I kept in touch with Jim and his paralegal, Kelly, on a regular basis for about two months. The two were always communicative, professional, polite and thorough. In most cases, our communication was done by phone or email. I didn't see Jim until the end to see him, but he arrived earlier than I! As a first person to buy a house, I think there are many strange questions about this process, but I didn't feel like I was treated like a "newcomer." All my questions were taken seriously. Erwin and Associates were recommended to non-profit Chicago legal aid companies.  William O. Chat was my lawyer.  He specializes in mechanical engineering.  I had a complicated affair.  Bill was great to work with.  He won my case, which was difficult.  In fact, I think I made an precedent of the kind of litigation I was involved in.  That was very complicated and difficult to explain.   All I know is that the plaintiffs, who had been sued, had been in a state of madness for three years, and Bill had won with many obstacles.  It was difficult to find a lawyer specializing in this kind of law.  I felt that it was expensive.  But I stayed three years.  I learned why there is the word "don't make a federal trial".  Bill Chat and Irwin's law firm are absolutely recommended, I will use it again if necessary, and I hope we won't meet again! !  I don't want to be sued.  It's not a pleasant experience.  But if you're a preemptive call, Bill.
