This is a warning to Robert N. Ferdman of Chicago and those who are planning to hire Wheeling and Irling. Hiring him is the biggest mistake in my life, and I have regret it ever since. I had a simple battery case that would remove sunglasses from a person's face. I was trying to get a public defender. Three weeks before the date of the court, Robert Feldman received a postcard and decided to call him, giving him an explanation of the three-minute incident. His reward was $300, and I thought it better to make Ferdman a lawyer than a public lawyer.

When I met him in court a few weeks later, he was much older than his picture, very timid, and I felt totally unconfident. Instead of talking about me, he wanted to put his money forward. I gave him a signed check, he declined and demanded cash. He followed the ATM and I had a bad hunch about him.

It was that day that I wanted you to know what I think about my case in advance.
I didn't want to hear about my problem. I told him three weeks ago, so I had to know all the versions. First, I will tell you the reason why his $300 fee took me off sunglasses. $365 in court costs, battery conviction, anger control class, and one year probation. This includes a completely false statement that the judge has read as a fact, and they brought my arrest nine years ago. I have never had the opportunity to explain my side or comment on my arrest. This was read after the PLEA contract. You'll find that $600 in

Anger Management classes will take over a month later.  A year-old monthly prison probation officer pays $600, so I have to call them every time I leave the state like a serious criminal. The most important missing point now is the whole story of this incident.

I was driving 40 miles an hour when I saw my car waiting for me to turn right. As we approach, the car comes in front and steps on the accelerator and the coast. As I approached them, their cars began to speed up and they put on a quick brake from 40 miles an hour to zero. I slammed down the break and slipped almost without hitting. I was shocked because there was no one. I was the only one who hit them. But I was so shocked I drove to the left and looked around to see who was so dangerous and reckless.

See a big blonde woman who gave me a finger and went mad as if she had done an unbelievable dangerous act. I was surprised at her reaction and was drawn sideways in front of her. I went out and said, "What are you doing, why did you do that?" She said to me, "What are you doing? What are you going to do?" I fell to the scene, and she lifted it, took off my sunglasses as I imagined, and then threw them back to me.

I was not told in the court, and Ferdman didn't mind listening to me all while the prosecution and the accuser were absent. Before the trial began, Feldman sat at the table with the other lawyers and did not return to discuss the details of my case or the full text of my case. Appearing 20 minutes late, Feldman came to talk about his lack of ability as a lawyer and how she would not appear. The break came, and he came back all the way, and came back 15 minutes late, so I almost missed my case.

I thought he would not be fined without him. He didn't talk to me about the incident, but he still didn't hear all the versions of the incident from me. I acknowledged to him that I had removed my sunglasses, but I had to tell him all the stories. He looked at him all the time in the court, and he seemed very timid and lost his way. He no longer had a profession in the court in regard to my handling of the case. When the judge asked about Sunglasses, he said he had sustained $300 for

. I passed her gently and looked at the website, but the highest price was $50. She did not bring them to court, and the crime was abandoned. Prosecutors said there was no explanation because the batter was charged. And I think I should receive it, because Ferdman left the prosecution and the prosecution's hand, and later came back and told me that they had reached an agreement on charging the battery. He didn't tell me their version and he didn't know me either. He accepted all their demands and bothered me.  The prosecution read her false statements and arrest and gave me no opportunity to refute. where the judge pronounced his judgment, and Ferdman stood as quietly as a mouse.

If you're looking for a lawyer, more & Because of this, we recommend that you do not sacrifice his "cheap price". As you proceed, you will be charged. He doesn't appear in court for 1/2 and doesn't follow the necessary information. To make matters worse, his practice doesn't work. We would have done the same thing for ourselves, and keep looking, because this is not a stop to look!

Robert Feldman is very rude...I tried to get a job from me, but I just asked a simple question and the phone went off. I told him not to send a letter to his office again.
