Keith Fenselloi has earned a JD and MBA degree at University of Wisconsin Madison. He has more than 15 years of experience in combining financial and legal real estate. As a financial consultant for the Royal Bank of Canada, foreigners helped and provided funds for the complex transactions to acquire American property. After that, he worked in the Legal Department of a leading real estate development company in Chicago and developed real estate technology. Both parties were put apart from other legal resources from their broad understanding and experience of real estate from the financial and legal perspective. Fenceroy applied both skills to succeed in 2005 in Chicago-based legal operations, including real estate. The  Fenceroy Law believes that the customer's interests are the top.

Keith and Carina are excellent! They made short selling easy. I had a problem on the way, but they were great to deal with it. I strongly recommend them. Communication through the process was also great!

Sadly, as my brother passed away many days, I had to get the law papers early. Keith Fenselloy collected important information, sent a notary to the hospital, and made our signature in time. And in the month after more than a year, we continued to work, and the rest of our brothers were responsible and closed our property. I am very grateful to Mr. Fenselloy for his patience, professionalism and dedication. I always recommend his company first.

Communication skills are at best second-rate. I pointed out this through the process.  That's why I saved my capital gains tax...  I told them that I would like to exchange for 1031 from the first day.  They said they were familiar with this process and said they had done something before. I was relieved.

, but I was told the name of the account I should call, but when I called, I didn't know my case, so I just said I didn't have to talk to the end.  I conveyed the conversation to Fenselloy and suggested that they follow.  I was fast-forward two days before the store closed, but I haven't heard any updates about Exchange in 1031. I sent an email to say, "What's going on with 1031?"  Everything in turn?"  Later, Fenselloy responded one day after the market closed but it was not too late.  I can't complete the exchange in 1031.

Due to their negligence, the capital gains tax cannot be deferred as intended. This is equivalent to thousands of dollars.  Their mistakes have no effect.  I don't recommend them.

Not familiar with advice, he sometimes hired an evasive IMO to save the house. By default, it was far from the water. I introduced myself to him as an expert in this field. Having received a high reputation for seizure, all of it would have been sold out at that time, but there was little help to save the quotation of our property. Even though he said he couldn't save our house, he said he would go forward. Even though we said we couldn't do it ourselves, we exaggerated what we could do.
This is the only deal with him, and he may be good in other regions. However, attention should certainly have been paid to the government and other legal bodies that said, "Those who tried to charge an exorbitant price prior to the change of loans should have been paid."
Elip also says "Elip." Spoiler Warning: If advertisers can control the review, you can expect all five-star Yelp ratings to be perfect.  They don't know.

I found Fenceroy Law about Yelp and decided to use him for my house sales based on the feedback of others.  Keith had a great communication job.  He answered the phone and questions in a timely manner.  He was patient and clear when he wanted additional information about the documents he needed to sign before signing.  Keith also worked hard to save me as much money as possible.

Keith had gained one sen and a half with his quick response and the ability to manipulate the foolish mistakes made by loan companies, such as not only assigning my name to the title, but also without his name. Keith helped us understand all the contracts and fought for our best interests during the contract negotiations. He was recommended by my friend and I'm excited because she gave me his name. We have twice worked with Keith Fenceroy as a seller and a buyer, but he has done a great job for us. First Keith accepted all our questions and asked many questions to our customers and Super Payers. He always answered our phone promptly, whether on holiday or once on Sunday. Owning a studio apartment (read: a small room) has been on sale for six years now, and it's time to talk with important people.  The market said that he was so amazed that I had to sell short. Five stars is not enough. Keith is my first, only to nominate the real estate representative.  He is agile and convinced that he works for your benefit throughout the transaction.  He knew nothing to enter the first deadline, but he was patient and helpful in explaining his wonderful points.  We will come back.

Words cannot justify what he has done in our life. Without giving up to the details, my wife and I were caught up in a long-term property lawsuit that could not escape. We spent a lot of money on trial lawyers and they were doing what they could with the court system. After all, it was Keith who went out for short sale with my wife as part of the reconciliation with the other party. As we proceeded, we were finally able to end our court cases and continue our lives.

Most of Keith's people are honest and trustworthy. I once found a good lawyer, but I had to keep in mind whether they would prioritize their own interests or their own interests. Stephanie Hernandez of the Nexus Debt Solutions team was amazing. She answered all my questions and basically got through the whole process with my hand. From the first meeting to the last Stephanie closing day, I had recovered my composure. I have heard and read horrible stories about the short sale process and the long process, but I didn't understand at all. Nexus has achieved my short sale (a heroic effort from May 2012 to January 2013) and has produced the greatest results for the most difficult probability. I got two loans. In September, the lien holders sold my loan, so the selling stopped and the first buyer returned. And again and again. Stephanie Hernández, Henderick Mitchell and Keith Fenselloy saved my financial life, removed Albatross from my neck and let me go.

Most importantly, Nexus didn't have to be convinced that I could use the words I had written in the permit, and that I would withdraw money from the lender, and not accuse me. The two security interest holders have stated that the short-term sale will resolve the shortfall and will not pursue any further links. This is everyone's greatest miracle. There is no further result.
