Kelly, Dean, Tracy are incredibly helpful!  As a buyer for the first time, we were really worried about the impending fate of the documents, lawyers and loopholes that resulted from the closure.  The process was seamless.  We were very easy to associate with the lawyer.  They seemed very familiar with federal and state laws.  I don't know if there is anything more boring, so it was good to learn the process in a slightly more digestible way.  I'm a health care person, so I can say it with confidence, but the team can explain very well the esoteric information.  We actually kept all the documents understood.  They were very careful (should find what others should have, but not).  And Dean is really interesting.  We absolutely recommend using Fogarty and Fugate for real estate needs.

Dean and Keri are wonderful.  Our real estate office not only targets all of our customers, but also uses it for our own transactions.  It can always be at the beginning of the file.  Always respond quickly to phone calls and emails, and spend time talking and consulting with customers.  
Thank you for their nature.  Keri and Dean are friendly, but they are firm.  They appear late and always happily hit for their customers.  
Another advantage of using Fogarty and Fugate is their exorbitant tracy.  Tracy is experienced and careful.  When Dean and Keri are closed, if you need to be careful immediately, you are relieved to know she is in the office and ready to "put out the fire".  
Their fees compete with other real estate lawyers.

It was fun to help Kelly live near his first house.
