This is my first review of Yelp. Other positive views about Yelp felt that I had to write because I was not very pleased with the decision to sell our apartment and buy a new house with Judy and her team. I used another real estate lawyer to produce unexpected results. For example, personal service, slow response, and no answer. When a large volume of sales and purchases are on line, you need the reliability and clarity of experienced and interested professionals. Judy's team (including Katie, Mary and others) stands out in this regard.
Most importantly, they are very sensitive. During the closing of the bar's review period, the minute seemed like a few hours and the hour seemed like a few days, so I didn't have to wait for an answer to my question. When his wife (with his little daughter) had to attend to sign the papers, Katie came to my office to make the logistics more convenient for us. When the shop buyer began to replace the check items when the shop closed, she settled down and resolved the situation, and raised my dissatisfaction.
Judy attended the closing of the new house, and even if she was sick, she would have filed a lawsuit. She patiently looked at all the papers, answered our questions, and gave us a hint of what we could expect during and after the closing. I was relieved through the end of two hours. Judy knew what she had. I was scattered, t crossed, and I was walking with the key of my new house. Anyone who has ever bought at home can find the value of the comfort.

Judith and her office were very good to be in charge of the sale of my Chicago condos in early 2015 and tackle this deal. I had already left the city, from the first contact, well and efficiently handled all my needs. I evaluated how she accepted my occasional trip back to Chicago, changed the contract with the buyer, and how she handled the support provided after the closing. Judis and her team are highly recommended.

I bought a Chicago apartment seven years ago. The seller's lawyer seemed to be really together. When we recently sold the apartment, we went through the paperwork to get the same lawyer to represent us. What can I say? She left a very good impression on us.
We have moved to North Carolina since then and asked Judith to represent us from a distance. Judy's office provided excellent service throughout the process. Judy and Katie quickly replied every time they sent an email. We really enjoyed knowing that we received fast and accurate services.
I have a family in the Chikagoland region. Their apartment is not for sale, but we already tell them that they need to use Judy.

Judith is very useful through shopping at home. They will answer us as soon as they can because they can call and email us anytime.

I recently bought an apartment in Chicago. It's my first experience. I wanted an experienced lawyer to make the most of my life's shopping and make everything a success. Judith was a real professional who walked step by step before the end, told me what to expect, translated each document into a language that was easy to understand, and followed her faithfully with her salary. She exceeded her expectations. It is highly recommended for the first time buyer!

Judy made our will and our lawyer power on the advice of her friend. I can't imagine any more wonderful experience dealing with problems that no one wants to think about. She was very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and fond of personality. She asked all the questions that we had not thought we should ask. We repeated the email to make detailed adjustments several times. We couldn't ask any questions and she didn't think she made a fool of us. We couldn't understand the legal language.
Her fee was very reasonable. We highly recommend legal issues. I plan to go to sell my house in the next six months. Please be sure to contact me again.

This review has been delayed for nearly four years, but as they say, it is better to be delayed.
When we closed our house, we left Judith Ford to our lawyer. I was very impressed by her friendly attitude and her quick response to the details. His calm attitude is very calm and he is a professional. The staff at the office were also polite, and Judith Force represented us when we closed the shop, and I was excited to use her again with the beating of my heart.

Judith and her group provided us with the legal aspect of selling one house and buying another. Although each had their own problems (when the real estate transaction went smoothly), her group's guidance, coolness, help, and quick answers to my questions (from tax to escrow, multiple emails about a particular topic). I had bought a house before, but 15 years ago, I didn't remember anything we wanted to know. Judy and her office helped us with trading, our support and an elegant understanding of our entire process. I want to strongly recommend her.

We have just finished a difficult end. Due to complexity, there are push and "team members" who are not very professional, but ask for all work done within the year. Judith is calm and focused, really a role model for dealing with the most complex and difficult people before. I don't think there are people who deal in real estate transactions.
