Lucid Realty is Braun & I made a deal with. Our trading side, and the other side of our trading side, also have a rich deal. Greg Brown is a pretty clever man and I value it. In fact, there are a lot of bad real estate lawyers, so if you find a lawyer who knows what they are doing, we recommend them. Because Greg has made hundreds of contracts a year, he looks at everything and knowledge is very valuable to us and our customers. He is also a practical man. Some lawyers may break the contract, so they shake their weight and run away. Greg tries to keep the deal together while protecting the interests of his client.

Selling an old house and buying a new one has been a trauma to the process of the process. Greg Brown of Brown & Amplifier; Rich, the PC was recommended by the broker when he came to the lawyer's examination. No matter how friendly he and his staff were, who they spoke to with questions and concerns, and what they needed to complete next, we were impressed that they were always there, they were ready, educated, and supported. Mr. Greg himself was always checking in by email or phone, so the spouse and I wanted to show happiness to us, not just the customers who work, and get the best house we could. Mr. Greg continued to impress me when I closed the shop and taught me how to better adjust the
factors surrounding the house to improve future exemptions. I'm looking forward to returning to his office to help you complete more. Basically, you need to be surrounded by professionals who take their interests seriously and think with all their heart. My real estate agent advised Greg to represent me in the sale of property.  Greg and his staff found it very easy to work.  They really got everything and were able to answer my questions right away.  I think his fee is very reasonable for the amount of service you receive. The 2015 Condo Chicago sale was left to Greg Brown and his team, and we did a great job.  I'm in a different state now, so I couldn't meet him in advance or go to the closing shop. All our transactions had to be done by email and phone. Greg and his team quickly did paperwork and treated me perfectly with all the details. I can't be happier any more and I highly recommend them.

I worked with Greg to buy the first house. Read the other reviews of Yelp, the first lawyer contacted me that I was working with, but the first two days after the seller accepted my offer did not respond. Greg called back at once, and began to revise the contract on the same day. It was the day before yesterday! He always responded and represented my interests throughout the process. The store closed smoothly. He is my best recommendation.

Finding the best lawyer is the worst real estate lawyer I've ever experienced here at a more difficult time! ! My experience was recently, when I had a specific house on a three-day contract, when I should be absent from the company, when I signed the contract, I had paid my deposit first, so they were still on the sales floor. The main reason why Greg is not recommended to the lawyer is...Since the house was contracted in, I promised to leave the hospital in anticipation of her. Also, I looked into whether I was not allowed to buy a house. So I realized that I was doing a lot of work by buying all the windows. So I ask Greg if he could produce or would like to get permission for work. Because I don't want to buy the problems that deal with the city, and if I get done with some work, I don't want to buy the accidents that they might cause. In a few days after three days, the seller's lawyer sent an email to my real estate agent...I'm going to cancel the contract without any reason or explanation! This is a legal big problem. Since the lawyer breaks the contract for no reason, the lawyer does not defend me. My defense location is a matter of litigation, and I don't have to reply to emails, basically let my seller's lawyer break my contract. And today, we have a final conversation with him, but basically we'll get in touch with other lawyers in order to use Noor's language to make a case. Greg was a lazy fellow, remembered that his address had been told to him three times, and had not to give him his address. Do not mention the ethics and morality that lawyers practice the law and defend those who employ it for the right. I don't really recommend a general lazy lawyer...... I also said that my place of defense, I hired, I have paid you for defense, I must report. He took it with anger, and at once it seemed a problem to escape from the situation where I broke the contract. I believe that when I pay serious money from the beginning, when I should not pay, I was still on the market. And when they received the offer and asked me permission to do the work I was doing at home, they thought it was best to contract with someone else, go with somebody else, and deal with the right thing! ! Now that there is no morality or ethics in the world, be careful! !!!

This summer, I worked with Greg and my staff at the MBF for many years as a developer at the sales floor and shopping for my house's closet.  Greg was always trying to make the process convenient and reassuring that in the long run everyone could save money.  Mr. Greg and his staff pay the personal attention of small businesses, provide knowledge and contact with many large companies at reasonable rates, and do not issue invoices each time they receive a phone call or email a question.

He was very frank and said to me: I didn't think it was really necessary to go through the process that I thought I needed and saved $500. Praise for his high ethical standards. I talked with another lawyer just now, but he didn't mind saying unnecessary things because he raised $800 in unnecessary procedures. Thank you Mr. Brown. Greg Brown is the savior! My husband and I had many difficulties negotiating with our property to get into debt. Honestly, I didn't understand most of the problems, but I know Greg did everything. He skillfully dealt with numerous issues, with titles, pins, and preemptive privileges, with many other issues, against the possessions of those who had been owned decades ago.
