Recently, with the help of Miles and Associates, I bought my first house, especially Adam.

Pro:
- The percentage of service is flat, and no matter how many emails I need (in my case, 4 hours) The amount paid is exactly $5 lower. In my case, Adam quickly replied to me, usually within a few hours of business day.
This seems to be a big bonus in this job. I can't comment on the phone because I have hardly ever called.
- Adam was familiar with the procedure and answered endless questions.
- Adam also maintained a positive attitude during the long-running closure due to a small mistake of the lender.
When I talk to my agent or lender, my email manners were sometimes a little bit of a mess, and they were "on this side". This may be because another lawyer was under undue pressure, but until my lenders and agents pointed out that they were actually wrong with the other lawyers, I felt that someone or all of us was guilty of doing nothing.  
- I didn't really know what he needed until the agents and lenders knew what he needed.

I have recently been involved in the business of an apartment where Mr. Miles is a seller's lawyer.  I have never had any more regrets with the other party's representative.  First of all, the lawyer, even if he had a big problem getting important documents, would not speak to anyone but his assistant.  Second, the assistant's attention to detail was very lacking (he was not very good at mathematics and did not pay attention to whether the fax was sent correctly). Finally, I found that the seller was not her lawyer but hit the Mansion Association with related documents!  What did she pay him! What?  The agent of the seller also thought of changing the agent in this matter.

I already have a great team, but if a customer wants to help this company, I have to give them advice.  This was a cash transaction, which should have been unfriendly, but his office was full of trouble.

I'm an out-of-court lawyer. In June, I contacted Mr. Mira on behalf of my wife, and after submitting the documents to USCIS, I contacted her on behalf of my wife. Mr. Mira was professional, polite, knowledgeable and effective. He seemed to be familiar with the procedures and rules of USCIS. Milla was able to explain various procedural contradictions identified with USCIS. While waiting for immigration, he reassured me while my wife was in panic. A petition has arrived. Recent Erik Miles People who help me get out of my lease.  Erik is a very knowledgeable and expert throughout the process and was able to free me from leases within a month of the first conversation.  In addition, he was very helpful in explaining my options and I was put into a loop throughout the process.  He is very cheap, and you can always get him if you have a question.  I will definitely recommend him to do the legal work he needs.

Erik's bargaining power was lost, so the day was over with a hard short-cell at Hyde Park/Kenwood Condo. The lender we learned was well known for playing hard balls in such a situation, which has often caused us to fear our financial requirements at various points in the process. I had a divorce and I was cut off from work, but the lender didn't solve it. But after all, Eric endured his personal conviction. He thought that even this lenient person must accept the condition to be taken into consideration, and did not intend to stop the war. Incredible, he gave us a full release without a single payment a day. If you have no experience working with Erik, be sure to do so the next time you need a real estate legal service.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Mira. He helped his brother with a very complex problem and coordinated his identification (I-485 application). Mr. Mira was very detailed in the immigration procedures, and many questions asked us what to expect, so he put up with us. He was very ready and always responded to my email on the same day.  Before we decided to hire Mr. Mila, we had to buy migrant lawyers, and his reward was the best among the lawyers we discussed in Chicago. Robert was an excellent lawyer, an expert, a competent and friendly person. Warning, don't use this lawyer!   I wish I could go below one star in this review.  Eric Miles is the worst lawyer you can hire.  When he finished the transaction, he was about to lose my apartment by mistake.  Fortunately, my real estate agent caught most of his mistakes, informed Eric of many mistakes and fixed it before closing.  He delegates all of his work to other staff who are not eligible to do the work.  When Erik closed, he couldn't find anywhere...... In place of Eric, a friend buried it for me. Because he decided to leave the country to see the soccer game at the end.  I'm in the apartment now, thanks to Eric, the place is wonderful.  However, he never had any dispute with the seller's lawyer over the details of the taxes the former owner had incurred. I have a tax problem now. Eric is still missing.  I leave a message, he will not return, I will send an email, he will not reply.  I have no choice here and I have to go to the office to force him to do his job.  This isn't just a scary lawyer...But he is a terrible man.  Mercy on God's soul.  I've never been as angry as I used to work with the dust of this land.   Wow~!!
