In 2013, I hired Joan and added WCPT progressive radio to Chicago many times. I used all of her borrowers for bad landlords, especially the Polish landlady & Nevertheless, I was asking for the best help to deal with the terrible landlord who used all of her borrowers. I tried to clear my deposit without paying it in 45 days! I immediately violated the Chicago tenant agreement and Joan & Ann; I contacted. explained the situation. She explained that my rights under the Chicago Tenant Agreement have been violated more than once and more.

You would have known that this monstrous landlord has filed a frivolous suit against me in Dupée County. Joan said that if he had been in Chicago (Cook County) he would have been able to get rid of it.
Without Joan's position on a strong master, I would have been more severe. The settlement would not have been successful While Joan spent money on dealing with the incident outside of Cook County, he knew that it was a solid woman and financially difficult for me. After all, I just charged the cost.

Joan has recovered our deposits and interest. Even if you don't stand in court...The landlord knew that he had made a mistake in the amplifier. The interest was paid in exchange for the legal impact of the payment. Even if she did anything else wrong, we were making further lawsuits against our landlords.  The lawsuit suffered more than 80 million losses.

I can't talk enough about Joan and her team. Joan did so when nobody else heard or helped. The precision and strategic stuffing of her handling of my case led to a quick solution to my landlord. She and Nicholas repeated numerous discoveries, contacted every stage, and were convinced that everything was okay in a very stressful experience. Her fee is very fair and reasonable. Her knowledge of laws and procedures pertaining to the Landlord Tenant Act is exemplary. I don't know what else to say, but if you have a legal problem with a landlord, talk to Joan and hire him!

Every time I hear someone in Chicago talking to my husband, I'm talking to Joan Fenctel maker. Every time someone is worried that the landlord will pay the deposit, I tell him the number of the fencer maker and tell him that there is no need to live.

The Fenctel Maker was found on the recommendation of MTO staff.  The landlord turned down my rent mail several times and suggested that I pay the rent at the cashier within five days. or eviction. I thought this situation was ridiculous, and any competent lawyer would be able to cope with it, but it became even more complicated when variables were added. He was a bad-natured authority, a Chicago judge, who tried to amuse the landlord's absurd reasoning (and even said he sympathized). The three lawyers that my landlord employed at another stage included those who introduced complications that did not benefit the landlord and did not maximize his expenses. Only when the landlord was about to drive me out of the house was the manager of the building that carried out the repairs.

I tried to get me out of the house. 1. Protect me from further harassment from landlords and 2. Ease my anxiety about losing my home 3. Carefully explain appropriate laws, possible strategies and options at each stage. 4. Generally deal with judges against the interests of tenants (The Fenctel Maker immediately warned that we are judges  The dollar was always hostile to the interest of the borrower. She was familiar with the whole scene of the Chicago House Court and was able to take into account the character and reputation of the judges and lawyers involved in recommending our strategy).

5 Perhaps the most important thing is that I still live at home thanks to the Fenctel manufacturer. He succeeded in persuading the judge to throw out my landlord's case during the jury trial. The jury must have ruled in my favor when it reaches the stage of the deliberations. Especially after the Fencing Maker carefully asked my husband and presented it in a lawsuit. The Fencetel manufacturer was basically dismissed because the legal procedures were much more detailed than the master's lawyer. In short, the Fencer Maker is an expert with advanced techniques to know the law and the scene, not because I was right or wrong, and it doesn't hurt that the Fencer Maker loves Fencer Champion. She devotes herself to the basic idea of the right of the tenant and her passion appears in the legal profession.

I escaped the danger of eviction, so I committed myself again to the good hands of the fencing maker and was subjected to many ill-treatment.

The Rentals is a powerful document that promises a strong right to the tenant. However, in my first round at the Chicago Housing Court, I showed that the rights are not enough to function for you in the landlord-renting ordinance. Bad judges and slippery landlords can bend the table. I wish both that the Fencer Maker will defend my rights and my home and convince others that my enthusiasm for review will benefit from her excellent representatives.
