I've used John Zachara twice as my lawyer to close the property, and he's a really wonderful, cheap, crazy person about his wonders. I feel that he will protect my interests very much. He literally recovered $2,550 when I closed the shop and found some mistakes in the closing documents. Besides, he is very agile and easy. I couldn't choose a better lawyer to close the real estate business.
