I bought two houses and sold one, so they are wonderful. There is no hidden charge at a reasonable price. Both of them had become hard to deal with (perhaps!), and had to call again immediately, and not give all the expenses to us.

I was incredibly professional, cool, and fun. Sometimes I recommend it to the other lawyer!

We looked for lawyers to help close the house and found Joseph Lazara and Mike Mangues through legal planning. They got a good reputation on line, so we were quite confident about our choice. One of my favorites is the review that explained that if one is not available, the other is useful. Well, I haven't even reviewed the inspection documents. We talked to Joseph during the week of inspection. I called him several times to catch him. He sent back when he received the result and recommended that he go to the review with us next Monday. The next day was a deadline to get in touch with the seller. We asked if we should book the review, but it was not necessary and he was informed that he could get it. When urgent business comes out, the microphone is empty. Then come on Monday, we call in the morning and see if he comes at 1 pm. We planned to call our real estate company. Again, I was told that it works fine.  The clock comes at one. We called him and told him that we are in a meeting with his client, but he came to a close and called hastily. Mike is closed. We wait to let the real estate agent know. I'll call again at 1:45 p.m. He's still in the meeting, but it looks like it's almost over. 2:30...Nothing yet. At this point, we called the bill and started looking for another lawyer. The legal plan ensures that the switch can be made at 2:50 p.m. We called him in...He calls. He explains that he places importance on intrusions. You can also work in full time and expect free time when you create your appointment. You can also call us. I have no time to chase people. It takes enough time to buy a house.

I am a real estate agent after the closing of the shop, but I was happy to get out from there. When I got home, I found that the title company had made the wrong check. Joe sat down listening to my worries, and he came to the bottom of my heart and caught me! !! Thank you, I will send you the work.
