My wife and I recently worked as real estate lawyer with Aaron Minkas.  Aaron helped a lot in teaching through the process.  I have already introduced him to a friend who is looking for a house.  Aaron gives a quick and useful answer and does a good job of explaining everything involved in the legal aspect of buying a house.  I will continue to introduce him to those who can buy him.  He was excellent.

I was called Latas, Felton & Amplifier. Minx, my real estate agent. Aaron Minks has the authority of a lawyer and represented me in the real estate transaction on January 17, 2013. I agreed to pay $600 for their service. However, when I received sales and HUD, I became uneasy. The company overpaid its Chicago water department. I noticed the cost of water certification while checking the contact information of the water department on line. The price is 50 dollars, but Latas, Felton & amp; Minkas charged me 200 dollars. I called Aaron to find out the discrepancies. He claimed that the company hired a third party and obtained water certification. However, third parties are not listed as HUD line items. He was asked about the discrepancy in the classification certificate and insisted on the same claim. The price is 90 dollars, but Latas, Felton & amp; Minkas charged me 250 dollars. Aaron was very unpretentious, and he kept himself in too bad a story. I called

Greater Metropolitan Title and asked why the title insurance is so high when the property is relatively cheap. He told Karen Barnes, who was ordered by the company, about the charges. She could hardly provide any information and suggested that I contact the company. She also transferred my concern to the owner of the title company. When I ask the owner, he told me that their usual fees for my transactions are Latas, Felton & amp; He said it would be $1,050 lower than $200. Minkas charged the exact same service. After my second talk, I was advised to call Bob Rutas and discuss it directly. I spoke to Bob Ratas and explained my concerns. He was very defensive and combative, he threatened to sue me, accused me of defamation, and hung up on me while I was still speaking. When I received
HUD by email, my company charged $600, and all subsequent items seemed to be the company's actual cost on my behalf, so I said I should bill it instead of the discussion. If I had not tried to solve the problem of overpayment with the water sector, I would not have known "extra charge".

Latus, Felton & amp; will never be used. Mincus again. I also do not recommend it to anyone.

Ratas Felton & Amplifier; It was fun to work with Minx when the first housing and investment real estate was closed. The company was strongly recommended by my real estate company. At first I contacted Bob Rutas, but I was directed to Aaron Minkas  

Aaron was great through the process of negotiations, and after the inspection he got $2,500 of the contract price. The response time for his discussion was less than five minutes and I had to cut off my conversation with the seller's lawyer so that I could fully understand it.

I discussed with both the banks and the sellers, and I confirmed my position. On the day before the closing, Aaron took up the issue of HUD with gratitude and made an additional $7,000 increase. He also pushed back the deadline date at my bank and pushed back once because the seller didn't have all the documents in the house.

This is the first deadline, and I repeat that I have no idea what is going on. Aaron discussed with me and his business partners, examined all the documents we signed, explained in both legal and professional terms, and made it possible for us to understand. Aaron closed the fastest house to buy. My mortgage broker, who has been working for more than 25 years, said, "Aaron can't have written a better document than he."

Finally, I will do this several times in the next few years, and I believe after every experience with Aaron.

I was told  Ratas, Felton & Amplifier; Minkas is my friend and insurance agent Benote. Chris Titcomb was very helpful throughout the process and shared all the information I requested. I used this company for shopping at home.  After inspection and sales, the sellers replaced the last two washing machines they showed at home with washing machines and dryers 10 years ago.  When I contacted the company, they said they could do nothing.  Why the lawyer?  They only run for your money.

A few years ago, I started using this company on my friend's recommendation, and I'm very satisfied with the services they provided.  My husband and I have been involved in three deals with Steve Felton and are very satisfied with his professionalism and attention to detail.  One of the deals was to have a very good lawyer to represent without a real estate agent.  Steve did not let him down - without his sharp real estate and legal knowledge, we might have gained the other party's profit.  Steve was eager to review all legal documents and point to "red flags" that otherwise would be unnoticed.  We also felt relieved to know that Steve has always shown the best interests in his efforts with the other side.  I'm only dating experts who represent me.

I am a very high maintenance customer, as you know. In addition to the great things mentioned above, Steve is always very sensitive and will withstand my demands.  He takes time to explain everything and thinks I'm a trusted advisor.  I don't hesitate to introduce my close friends and trusted colleagues to Steve Felton.

My wife and I used Aaron and his team to sell the apartment and buy another.  Aaron was very wonderful  It's friendly from the beginning.  He and his team were sensitive and informed us of their progress.  All the processes are airy and I would like to recommend Aaron to anyone.

This is the man who sued the small business for credit card fraud.
We have done mental and financial damage to get it quickly.
