About

In 2008, Brian established the first Chicago law firm focused on License to Drive. Illinois has a public-private punishment system for its licenses. Brian has worked in the Transportation Tribunal in Chicagorand the Secretary of State's Administrative Hearing System. This abnormal track record allows clients to have a single point of contact for the entire case, regardless of location. Brian, who has hundreds of patients and is concentrated in the Traffic Court, quickly understands the trends and changes.

Especialities

Brian focuses on turning you backwards and personally guides you through the process. Brian handles traffic ticket, suspend/disable operation, DUI, and license recovery. He is experienced in courts all over Ticagorand has a comprehensive understanding of the Secretary of State. Rely on Brian and enjoy going down the street.

I focus on representing people with Driver's License and Traffic Law problems.   I think it's better for a lawyer who deals with the details of the District Court and a lawyer who deals with daily license recovery.   Knowing the inout saves money and returns to the road.

The process with Brian was much smoother. On the same day, Brian called me and immediately began to talk in detail about how he could help me with my case. I moved recently because of a pedestrian traffic violation, so I couldn't stand in court and Brian was able to represent me.

Brian answered any question I've always answered quickly. He put the stressful situation into an easy situation. He also understood my situation very well. I highly recommend calling him.

Brian is the kind of person who represents you. He contacted me easily and answered all the phones that I really liked. He was very friendly and I felt he was really concerned about my case.

I cannot thank him enough for his legal guidance. I hope you won't get the tickets anymore, but if you need a traffic lawyer, Brian will be the first person I call.

Mr. Small responded to the messages left on voice mail in a very efficient manner. The court date is within one week of receiving it by phone.  He stood in the court and demanded a very reasonable price. I got the results I expected! !

Let's start this system for the public who want to appeal honestly. If you appear without a lawyer, I wish you good luck. Perhaps because they lose. I contacted the brain and he was very honest and candid about my speeding ticket in the construction zone situation. He specializes in alcohol cases, but he also deals with other cases. My situation did not include drinking or driving.  After talking with him, I felt much better and relieved. He gave me a step-by-step instruction, and he stuck to the role perfectly. To be honest, he felt like a personal friend I've not seen for years. The central court in Delhi seems to be intimidating and cold. But Brian accompanied me as my lawyer, so he reassured me in this environment. I don't think I spent half an hour in court, but I returned to my wallet with my license and he personally got it back.

I called this lawyer and explained that I had run out of state CDl class A and got a U-turn ticket  So I asked him to interview me, and told me that if I could talk about my case, I would deal with my case.  the day of hearing
When I asked him how much he was suspected on the day I heard, he said he would pay $200 because he was a really serious offense.  not cut a ticket  But I have to pay the fine instead.
What?
Not meaning that the state license has expired, but CDL
U will drag me down! !

This discussion is only about "consultation" with this lawyer by phone. I called the choice of this accelerated ticket, inquired, explained a relatively clean driving record, and this lawyer asked me about the cost of representing me in court. I was already worried, because it was already a great success to go to the lawyer to get a traffic ticket, but this man boasted that my ticket would naturally produce better results if reduced to a small speeding ticket. But $300 just seemed like a jump. Especially when other loud reviews you read before you call quote a fee from $100 to $200. So I stood in the court according to instinct, "I will not eat food", so I'll pat my back. The Daily Center Traffic Court situation shows how smooth it was: I was checked in around 9:02 and my name was called around 9:09. State's Atty reduced my words by offering to pay only the court costs under the supervision of a 0/0 (0 dollars) fine and four months from my minor speed ticket. Judge: "Will you accept this offer?" I: "Of course, sir! Where should I pay?" She pointed to me to the cashier, and after paying the court costs of $214, I got my license back and I was halfway. This all happened in just a few minutes. The lesson is that you don't need a lawyer every time you go to a traffic court. Here are some real legal advice you can address when you are facing a similar dilemma: He takes money and goes to court. If the citation history is free/limited, then there is no problem. Courts are generally favorable to most citizens. It is just to honor the court and dress up for the part. You don't believe me? On the day before the trial, you can go to the Transportation Court and visit it yourself.

Brian was amazing. He helped me buy two speeding tickets. He was a professional and gave me great advice before deciding to go with him. He knows what he's doing, sure!

He is a good lawyer. After the accident, I was very upset and he was very reassuring and professional. I strongly recommend him to traffic problems and accidents

This review is a month ago, but after a great experience, I promise to do a good review. In March, I got a speeding ticket at 40 miles per hour and 70 miles per hour. It's 40 miles per hour that you don't know the speed limit on Lake Shore Drive! Highway-like roads are 60-65 miles per hour...... Anyway, when I called as a high-priced lawyer and spoke to Gerk several times, I met Brian. Two minutes later, I was sold for advice  I hired him with a firm estimate of $300...Fast Forward As I said before the court, I will not commit a crime that will not move for 90 days without making a driver's license record with a fine of $200 or such an amount... I'm going to hire Brian to win...I hired this man,

Recently, I contacted Mr. Small about a ticket for a wrong phone.

Brian was very polite and able to quickly explain my options and decide how to proceed with this issue. In my case, fighting tickets is the most fundamental choice, but it's not the most practical. As a result, he quit his paid job and began talking about himself, but his candor led me to the best decision.

If you are looking for sound legal advice, quick service, and great customer experience, Brian E Small's legal room is highly recommended.

I was dealing with external listening packets alone. After waiting for the results of Ilinios for a few weeks, I was refused to return to work. Disappointed, I almost hired a lawyer to get a $4,000 hearing fee to get my job done. He found

Brian and said the percentage of people who get approval through Out-of-Hiering Packet was very high. The price of 900 dollars was much better, and Brain helped me at every stage, and buried my parcel in a private manor, so that Ilineus could see it. After a few months, I received a letter of reinstatement, so I can finally leave all that terrible memories behind!

The brain is a sincere and helpful lawyer. I just contacted Brian on the phone, but Brian gave me confidence and took care of me. I absolutely recommend the brain to help you overcome this difficulty.

Brian handed me a small speeding ticket at the last moment. He is very kind. He is also very good-natured. I don't like most shady lawyers. Professional, direct to the point.  I recommend him to traffic legal issues!

Brian is the first lawyer I've ever met. My parents urged the lawyer to be on the alert. I'm slimy and I'll take advantage of you. But I never used it while I was working with Brian. I treated him with a friendly and respectful attitude, and he treated me exactly the same way. In fact, he is a person I think is my friend.

I explained my situation when I called him over the phone. and seemed to know what the result of the affair was. He told me what he could and couldn't do, and he spoke frankly about his price (this kind of $150).

The day I came to the court, I met him at the Daily Center. We learned that there was confusion in my ticket submission, and the city thought it was wrong to mistake it. I spoke quietly to him in the court until my name was called. After 10 seconds, Brian's request to withdraw was accepted, and a $500 ticket was fully sold. I tackled this blindly in the best way. He took care of everything professionally and modestly.

I paid him $150, so we took different paths. When a lawsuit is filed in the Traffic Court, Bryan Small is definitely recommended.

The brain is a professional lawyer. I got two tickets, one with a driver's license and the other without an insurance card.

The brain will fire these two tickets and help you finish the court proceedings.

Thank you for your help again.

Brian is wonderful and I would absolutely like to appreciate him. I was involved in six car accidents. We all made a clatter during the break, and when the car behind us came against me, a chain reaction occurred. Unfortunately, I was the only one who received the quote and knew that I was fighting.

In a long story, Brian found him through Yelp, called him the day after the accident, and talked to me. Not only did he appear in the first ring, he took the time to talk to me about what happened, and what would help me. I was ready to talk to my secretary or someone other than him, but I didn't need to. On top of his friendliness, he was honest and gave a clear explanation of his rate and potential.

When I decided the date of the court, I called him, took out the information, and told him what to do in the morning of the trial. I was probably the worst Chicago saw, and I was 30 minutes late to go to trial and afraid my case would be late and lose. However, I was lucky, my trial was delayed, my case was not yet brought to justice. When my name was called, Brian and I walked to the judge, and within two minutes the case was resolved.

I gave Brian the check for work, he gave me my license, and we went in different ways. It was no easier (except traffic) and the result was all I wanted.

I think I'll have to bring this to justice again, if so, I'll call Brian.

Strictly speaking, I didn't use Brian's service, but I was impressed by his phone conversation and had to leave a review. I got a confused ticket and Brian found Yelp. I called up my secretary, but Brian answered himself while discouraging the children from falling into school. He answered my questions and gave me advice on what to do without even asking for a fee. He was genuinely happy and helpful. If you need to use a traffic ticket lawyer in the future, you don't hesitate to use him.

I just listened to Mr. Small. Two tickets, a red signal (camera), and a parking limited ticket. Neither was given by the officer. I didn't know much about this, and I thought I would ask if there was anything to do. Brian thought of what I should do, and thought completely honestly. He hired me as his client and was able to tell me something, but he called me and told me what the best way was. So I can't say I used his technical service, but I was impressed by his honesty. If I or my friend need a traffic lawyer, I recommend Brian.

We strongly recommend Brian Small for legal services. Brian helped clear the driving record of two separate license suspension and one vehicle suspension quickly and at a very affordable price. After more than six months of continuous movement and inability to drive the car, I had a hard time getting the attention of the former representative on this matter and contacted Brian. He returned my phone on the same day, got some helpful knowledge from it, made a plan, and within a week I was able to drive again legally. He is honest, affordable, and recommends him no matter how big or small the legal situation may seem.

I contacted Brian E recently. There are small points about the small traffic violations that caused problems in obtaining a new Illinois driver's license.  In a 10-minute telephone conversation, Brian was able to suggest the appropriate steps I would take to quickly solve this problem.  7:30 p.m., his willingness to call, his ability to clearly and quickly solve my problem and his ability to understand my legal situation recommend him to those involved in the legal issues involved in the traffic problem.

We look forward to using Brian's expertise in the near future to address the challenges of fees and parking violations that have been stuck in mind for months.

If you are looking for appropriate legal advice, quick service, or a great customer, call Brian E. Small.

Do I need to go to court to get a speeding ticket? Bring Brian. I was charged with a minor offense of driving over the speed limit. Brian knew the judge and did nothing but fine. He was sent by God, professionally and reassuringly. I recommend Brian to represent the Traffic Court.

My experience with Brian was wonderful from beginning to end.  He managed my case well and guided me through the process.  His price is fair.  I think it's very comfortable to recommend him to a friend.

Mr. Small- Throw out three, two, four, no monitoring, no tickets, and the last one. I was out of town, and Mr. Small stood in court, and resolved my case in my absence. Very reasonable cost. Andrew T.

My experience is the same as that of Tara M. He was running at a speed above the speed limit and making a rude journey across Chicago. Brian wants to find him in such a situation, and the boy is happy. He is a professional, sensitive and gave me a process education from beginning to end. A minor crime was cut into a speeding ticket and I never had to go back to Chicago to go to trial - two things that never happened without his help. If you need a good transportation lawyer in Chicago, don't look any more.

I got my license because I gave the stop sign. It's a stupid story in the first place. Because I didn't give a stop sign first, is the second one really Chicago? Anything else? Anyway, I called Brian irritated and irritated. He asked me to take a picture, but he was quite calm and said at best he could. But I have few traffic breaches, so he does what he can to get fired. I met Brian at the court today.  I was sure that would be fine, but I didn't think the judge would read my name and return my license. literally. I could not believe it and kept asking what else was necessary. But Brian was doing everything. There are no fines, no uniforms, no drama. He submitted a motion to reject (he didn't know he did it!) and it was over. He was a very interesting but professional lawyer, who was obviously familiar with our inferior judicial system and he dealt with it. In fact, I am very good at walking out, and Brian's service is recommended for traffic problems. Brian, thank you again!

I had problems with car accidents on the weekend and I didn't know how to deal with them.  I was very worried and very nervous.  I talked to Brian about 30 minutes, but he gave me a great insight into my options.  Since then, I have taken advantage of his advice and the results were the best results I could wish for.  I recommend that you call him.

I'm glad I hired Brian. He (unlike me) was cool and as good as a professional, very helpful. He immediately returned the phone and went after all that was said to be for me.

I made a deal with the prosecutor for my sign violation, so he walked me to a small window and I had to pay a fine. Nice! He asked me several times if I had any questions. He was great to work with.

Would you have given me the same deal without him? I guess so. Maybe not. But his price was very low and I was relieved because I was a professional. He said that traffic violations were only what he was working on and he knew clearly what he was doing. Absolutely worth it! The place I want to be alone is not a traffic court! Brian was wonderful. I can't recommend him enough. But I don't need him again! !

I called Brian Small Office after an incident that could have a serious legal impact. I  Brian, who was a little scared and out of his mind, spent his time talking to me on the phone explaining what might happen, and most importantly, expressing me at a reasonable price. Even though he brought traffic problems, he didn't make fun of me! I contacted Brian again on behalf of the company to revive the license. In the future, Brian is recommended for those with legal issues. I can't tell you enough how good it was to work with Brian Small.
