When Christine bought our house at Wicker Park, she represented her wife and me for the first time, and was very impressed by her expertise, customer service, efficiency and price. Frankly speaking, she made the process very easy.
We worked with Christine again four years later, and we were thrilled again with her job. She not only professionally managed a somewhat complex sale, but also fought for a small tweak to make our life easier. She realized that we had never filed a tax exemption exemption exemption for the landlord and warned us to pay for it free!
In short, I strongly recommend Christine.
