I opened a law firm for Jennifer Gilmond Quigley and created an experience for customers who don't always think of entering a "typical" law firm. This experience includes communication with customers, a cost approach to problem solving, and a high degree of involvement in each case, and customers do not feel they are always being handed over to the Pearl Gail or other staff. I think this approach is generally low-cost and will improve customer satisfaction.

My child's custody case was complex and ugly. Jennifer was patient and calm. She explained what was going on and what I should expect. She gave me all the answers to my email and phone with understanding and genuine concern.
