I am an investor at a real estate broker and have been working with Peter Marks for about ten years. The other day I had business with at least 35 Peter.
He has always done a good job, so I would like to praise those who need a good real estate lawyer.
Besides being a real estate lawyer, he is also an interesting man. He is a fan band drummer and has many important good stories waiting for the last funding approval at the title company.

I wish I could make the stars zero. He messed up important documents, made no calls, and threatened everyone to know that he ruined his business. I don't recommend this man to anyone as a professional.

Peter helped me with short-selling, professionally and knowledgeable, and was honest throughout the process.   Whoever needs a real estate lawyer should not see any more.  The fact that I was 2,000 miles away is just one of the facts that he has to do anything at remote and time zone distances.

Peter was really wonderful, and it was very important for me to finish the short sale. I was very troubled, asking the bank for my short term approval. If it had not been for the hard work of Peter and Susan, I would have gone to the foreclosure. They worked patiently to accomplish what they said they would do for me and broke through 100%. If you are looking for a real estate lawyer, you will not be able to give me a higher recommendation than I give to Peter Marks. I asked Peter to represent me for a short sale, so he agreed and said he was free.  After several days of email and phone calls, I just received a single call called "Return Call."  After calling him again and emailing again, a few days later his assistant kindly replied, saying he was out.  

At this point, after Peter essentially decided not to give me a reply, he had to look for a new lawyer.

Two years have passed since Peter Marks closed our short sale contract. It was a very emotional time for me, and I had a lot of questions, and no one trusted me.

I'm happy to be the first person to write a review of Peter Marks's law firm.  When the former real estate lawyer fell from the ground, we were called to Peter Marks by our agent and friends.  Simply put, he could not believe it.  He helped us step by step and succeeded in short selling our apartment.  He wanted to sell short and work with Peter long ago.  The five-year Condo drama was thanks to Peter's efforts, and for the bank negotiators most people were kind and comfortable.  I can't tell you the good things about Peter Marks!

I told everyone that Diana P was just a weak buyer who did not like the house bought from the builder and decided to give false consideration to all parties to the transaction. There was no conflict and the closure was smooth. All claims are proved to be false and are handled accordingly.

I can't trust this man. We hired him as the agent of the RealEstate case and did nothing but represent us, then he hid behind us, as the representative of the developer in the case, opposed us with the goodwill of the developer. The evidence is documented! Don't trust this man.

We were called Peter by the real estate agent. He was great to work with and helped us to do anything. When we closed the shop, he explained the procedures and documents under the conditions we could understand and made sure everything was done to move to our house. Thanks to all his work!
