I've never been so disappointed with service before. I saw a good reputation about this company, so I thought it was a good choice. This was a terrible choice. I paid to the company in Chapter 13 in June 2016 and didn't apply for my bankruptcy until the third week of July! After the filing of the petition for bankruptcy, the creditor called me, trusted me, took money out of my account, and the creditor who forced me into bankruptcy kept collecting me. After I sent all the documents and went to the 341-time meeting, I was told by the court that I would change my phone bill and never told me how much I would pay for the phone. I sent the bill the same day they called. On September 30th, I received a letter from the trustee that I had never received the information I had submitted to my lawyer and that I was about to dissolve the bankruptcy proceedings. I forgot to say that. They also took money from my check and received payment from July! I warn everyone to go to another lawyer instead of going to this company. This is the worst mistake I've made in my life!
