John Brennock is highly recommended because he finds time to keep in touch with me even when he is busy.
He seems to be able to find legal issues in complex situations and is always intelligent. He gives good legal advice. He has excellent judgment. He is polite, easy-to-use, and sharp about legal matters. I recommend using John. I especially use him for the problems of leases, landlords, and rentals.

I didn't usually like litigation, so I didn't need to contact my lawyer. I received Mr. Brennock's letter of recommendation from my friend and was very satisfied with the work he did for me.
His communication was straightforward and easy to understand, keeping time. When I read a book to the lawyer, I knew I was going to be a little drowned, but Mr. Brennock did an amazing job of explaining to me the explanations and expectations of my case. Also, when I wanted to see him in my work, I was surprised that an email had already arrived, and he was the day before I was working on my worries.
He is ready to go beyond my expectations and recommend him to those who need a lawyer. Thank you, John!

You should call John Brennock to break a lease with a Chicago landlord. You can trust him. He is very familiar with his problems and guides and advises you with professional and legal expertise.
My previous Chicago landlord usually sent a lease update to the borrower 60 days before the end of the lease period. At the beginning of May, I applied for a job outside of Illinois and I never thought I would get it. In mid-May, at the request of the landlord, I returned a 12-month renewal application form for the new lease. Two months later, I applied for a job to hire myself. I soon worked with the landlord. I've voided my 12-month lease, but they refused. My ex-Chicago landlord had returned the deposit to all tenants a few years ago, so I chose only to be a janitor. At that time, it was four weeks before I left Illinois, so I didn't have time to take all the steps to make a booklet. avvo.com contacted you. He helped me out of the lease completely.
I appreciate John's help and recommend him to anyone.

I bought two apartments with a tenant who is out. I didn't want to use a closed lawyer, so I was called John on the basis of a recommendation.
That's really good! Not only did he save money, but more importantly, he patiently explained my process and options on evictions, so I was able to make informed decisions on how to proceed. He also prepared the necessary release to sign and reached out to the tenant to explain the document.
My experience is that lawyers who want to make decisions based on unclear or incomplete information do not want to spend time explaining the law. Unlike John - he also spent the time with me explaining both my rights under the law and the rights of the tenant, and I clearly understood what was going on. This made me confident that I could get tenants out quickly and at a minimum cost, and allowed me to proceed with the eviction process. To put it briefly, I strongly recommend him.

Mr. Brennock responded to my problem with his roommate in a supportive and timely manner. A person who has failed or refused to pay the rent. I decided to eat my losses and go ahead, but Brennock had understanding and politeness and explained the future options. Recommended!
