Phil dealt with the recent purchase of the house and made many real estate deals to her colleagues.  He answered our questions, gave advice and did a great job representing our interests.  He helped us get out of the bad deal and helped us to do the deal in a great place when the inspection came back with a detailed problem list.  And he is sure to know what he has, and you are on good terms with him.  However, the first buyer, like us, was very strange, and I felt uneasy, for example, that I miswrote my girlfriend's name, misplaced people, or didn't have a fax machine.

His fee is reasonable, so single employment is the leader of unemployment.  Therefore, it may not be fair to criticize the imputed details of the surface which are not really important.  We will hire him again.
