"I made a reservation at Argren's office, and the preparatory was present. After that, I think I became a customer of the company. Later, as a follow-up to my case, I asked Mr. Argren himself (as I had expected in my first appointment) to discuss my case with him. At first I dealt with me correctly, but instead of answering my questions (about less complex immigration procedures), he became so passive that he said, "I can't be exempted or changed in my status." The incident looked hopeless from what he said. I was surprised at this news and was very distressed. Before I left his office, I summarized what we had said, I wanted to put my thoughts in order, and he said to me once more, I opened the door, and told me where I should pay. He also kept in touch with me, tracked my case and told me to call me. He didn't contact me. Of course, after that I looked for a second opinion and started the process myself, which gave me very positive results."
