Anne Leone is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She graduated with a Bachelor of Criminal Law Psychology degree from University of Loyola in Chicago. After that, he went to John Marshall Law School, where he got his Ph.D. in Juris. She has worked as a Guardian and Lytem in a variety of government agencies, including the Ministry of Child and Family Welfare and the Cook County office of the Guardian.
