This company is completely different from professionals and has a slow response.
For closing-related transactions, I will not hire these lawyers on behalf of my Mansion Association. I received an email from this company that was completely unexpected, without greetings or signs, and just filled with what was necessary. I sent an email at the end of Friday before Christmas, so I had to change it right away. Excuse me. Despite not wanting to help them, I worked hard and offered all the goods they asked to make clear to one. The store was closed six days ago. This morning I received a note asking me to submit a final communication. Otherwise, the transaction will not be closed. Still, I can't say it clearly.
I'm not a lawyer, but I can do a much better job than their Joker. My billable rate is $500 if you're interested...
