The only lawyer I use. You need a lawyer who knows the details? What customers would like to be most interested in? Can you answer your phone or email almost instantly? It may sound good, but I'm lucky to have him on my side as far as buying and selling real estate and doing a great introduction. Matt... ...I want other people to feel the same joy I have worked with you (and now). Real estate lawyer! !! I've been involved in several RE deals and never had a lawyer like Matthew Rich who devoted to my business. There were no moments when I didn't feel his priorities. Matt Rich is particular! We used him for both buying and selling. Both transactions were a bit difficult and additional documentation was needed.
