The only lawyer I use. You need a lawyer who knows the details? What customers would like to be most interested in? Can you answer your phone or email almost instantly? It may sound good, but I'm lucky to have him on my side as far as buying and selling real estate and doing a great introduction. Matt... ...I want other people to feel the same joy I have worked with you (and now). Also your work ethics & amp to more people; I would like you to know that Tenacity when it comes to real estate sales on both sides of the deal!

Matt's legal guidance has never been used before, but it was introduced by a reliable source. In the process of buying and selling at home, he was amazing! Matt knows his stuff clearly! He is fast in communication, agile, and the team is very organized. We had some hiccups, but Matt Rich worked hard to get our best interests to the end.

Real estate lawyer! !! I've been involved in several RE deals and never had a lawyer like Matthew Rich who devoted to my business. There were no moments when I didn't feel his priorities. I knew he was coming. A lawyer will be required during this real estate transaction.

Matt is an excellent lawyer. He is always surprisingly sensitive and is as important as real estate investment. I was particularly impressed by how quickly he received follow-up questions, even though it was a few months after the store closed. I believe that he can always provide first-rate services. Matt Rich is particular!  We used him for both buying and selling.  Both transactions were a bit difficult and additional documentation was needed.  In the home sales, he needed more documents and research information, and he was thoroughly able to obtain all the documents quickly to satisfy the buyer.  At the time of purchase, the seller was slow, and kept in touch with the seller. We knew every step of our way, and had the documents explained, so we always took our most interest and understood it well.  Use the mat!
