I worked with Carol on a friendly divorce with a friend. I made a reservation in January 2017 and paid the consultation fee. After shopping, I thought their rates were a little high, but I thought I could hire them with confidence.

2017 In October, I hired Carol, signed a letter of welcome and a contract with a retainer, and paid my deposit. At first they came to refund the consultation fee, so they refrained from making corrections and failed to cancel.  Next time I heard from Carol, one month later, I sent an email to Rachael and Susan, and I thought what the next step was. She waited for the next step because she said she should complete it within the year.
2018 I sent an email because no one followed the update to Iasking Carol. At that time, I don't know why Carol waited so long, but she submitted a petition for dissolution that she signed within 24 hours. Carol forgot about our incident and was kept waiting for another few weeks for the next step.

But I'm still waiting for March 2018...I called, I emailed..On March 13, Rachel responded and looked up what we were waiting for...She said nothing but an apology, but Carol assured me that she would sign a settlement by the end of Friday. Don't say anything at 7 p.m. on Friday. At this point I was at a loss, and I was frustrated at the forgetting of my case, and I had to keep on chasing after it all the time, wondering what was going on in the burner behind me. ...I wanted to ask Carroll for a refund by email and work elsewhere. Finally, Carol sent a settlement agreement at 9:43, apologized and said she was late on Friday.

3 On April 27, the final report was signed and the date of the court was decided on April 4.

Court Day: I was ordered to arrive at 9:30 in the morning, but it arrived a little early because I was nervous. At 9:30 in the morning I called the company that said she should be there. What are you wearing? Carol has not arrived. I thought, did she forget me again? I checked in to the clerk and waited. Carol arrived in seven minutes, the longest in my life. When she arrived, we went out, talked about what we should expect, and went back in. In the clerk, when she was told that there was a need for a sign or a seal, she didn't know what was missing, but she said that the clerk was so difficult that she had to do something. I sat waiting. When Carol returned to the judge, everything went smoothly and she finished emailing me the final documents of the court.

I am disappointed with the organization and management of this law firm. You are not allowed to ask your customers to follow the lawyer and monitor their case. It is also unacceptable to be late for trial.  "Don't worry about running late." I think the court was a routine for lawyers, but I was nervous with new experiences.

Divorce should not take six to seven months. It's true that we have an email from Carol that we should complete by the end of 2017. (I saved all the emails) It was not delayed, and in 48 hours all the things she needed were provided.

At first, I was very disappointed at their ability. Overall, when hiring this company, we will allow it to withstand delays, oversight, or reconsideration.  I also want to ask the company if they have time in your case. Carol may have done her unruly job. I don't know. Here we will permit the company to employ a lawyer.

Jill was urged during the first consultation to get information and help. She reviewed the Will and Trust document 10 years ago and provided a great answer to some nuances in the document. If you need to rewrite the trust, she will be my best resource. But she showed that my papers were already enough. She asked for free to thoroughly evaluate my papers. The best offices and lawyers!

Jill Metz and her team quickly trusted each other to bring together their will to live in the face of a horrific health crisis and imminent surgery. Her interest in details (especially things that I didn't expect) was impressive, and her interest in my business aspect was very thoughtful.
Her fee is fairly fair and her office is particularly
convenient.

Carol Jones was my wife and a recent home purchase lawyer. She was a model of professionalism and reliability. At the timing of our acceptance, we had a lot of work during the holidays, and we didn't shut our eyes at all to return emails during the holidays. She expresses us sincerely and fairly in the process of negotiations, and I tend to think that she helped us last succeed. Our real estate company has advised Carol Jones of Jill Metz to deal with the purchase of their first apartment.  Is it strange that I say I'm in love with a lawyer?  Me.  Carol was a total surprise.  On the first phone, we talked for 45 minutes, she walked to me through the whole process, very thorough, but we talked in a way that we could understand.  Having never bought a condominium, she was scared during the process and was able to answer the question.  She was wonderful, calm, intelligent, and just happy to work together.  If my lawyer is gone, I'll go with her.

Jill Metz represented our Condo Association. The judge told her that her complaint made no sense to him and that he did not know what he was trying to sue.  Jill had to hire another lawyer to draft the complaint and was unable to sue.  The judge called Jill over and over again because he did not have the proper knowledge or experience to conduct the trial.

It is recommended that you do not use Jill for trials or prepare documents that require further litigation. The judge allowed this to be left in the public information file!

Some small failures made me feel as if I were a celebrity. I was forced to pay unfairly high unfair settlements to my former partner.  I do not recommend this company.

I went to her to set up a will/trust.  She was very familiar.  I called and promised to ask questions. She sat down with me for half an hour and discussed options with me.  Two or three more appointments have been made, and we have finished.  Professional, but not non-personal.
