Unless Mike is a wonderful person, he doesn't say much.  If you contact him, he will respond promptly by any means.  He explains everything in terms, so that you can understand it without being a lawyer.  In the last second, when the seller tried to withdraw from something that he had agreed to negotiate the contract, he climbed up to the plate and made sure it was completed.  He is very relieved, but don't be so surprised if he needs to become a bear.  I'm looking forward to working with him on another apartment sale.

On Aug. 29, Mike quoted the cost of writing the document and asked him to give him a copy of the certificate he had made on the same day.

2 After the day, he sent me an email saying that he would be back next week. Three weeks later, I went to inquire politely without a reply. I didn't answer, but I answered the question politely again. We explained, in a professional manner, that rather than making inquiries to different lawyers at the same time, multiple lawyers spend time talking to us and just receiving rewards. At the same time, he reiterated that there was a certain urgency in the situation, for reasons explained in advance. Mike chose to ignore us.

No service provider has the right to receive the client or case. This is not a problem. It gives people the impression that they help something, and that their customers are fired and disappear. This is not professional, it is not just lack of politeness. If the problem is with urgency, this action can damage the client. And more damage is caused by sending a message that consumers need to make inquiries at the same time in order to protect their interests. This unkind behavior is one of the trends of distrust, disappointment, and vicious cycle, and everyone loses. It's a pity that Mike doesn't understand this.

Our agent was initially recommending another lawyer, but didn't impress (I was really surprised to ask why I should hire him). I took you to Elip! Then he found Mike.  I also liked to use lawyers who were not "friends" with real estate agents, and I called them "paranoid", always adding value, using them as a sounding board, listening to customary opinions, and understanding the way I think when I proposed my own negotiation tactics.  

I felt that Mike was more on our side than "let's end the deal".  Example: It was a pity that I tried to repair several times when I last walked.  An agent who disapproved of my concerns and did not take any action (who was in the walkthrough) brought us some extra money while putting Mike Dove in and sitting at the closing table!  Exact quote: "Well, the problem with the hole in the washing machine wall has been solved"

I can't say enough about Michael. When he got a fan of the apartment, he came with a great deal of money.

- Michael uses influence and expertise as needed and both in Spades. Our mortgage company Wintrust wrongly processed the loan. They did not clearly understand the legal and financial implications of the various affidavit and plea that were signed, and among the proposed solutions were the moral ones against illegal acts. Michael immediately knew what was going on, protected my interests, and informed the seller that their favorite lender was falling into the job. Finally, the representative of the title company mentioned the fact that Michael was very good at what he did, knowing who he was. Two lawyers in my family also interacted with him.

- Throughout this process, Michael was moved and useful. After closing, Michael was interested in communication and received an answer (and compensation) from Wintrust when I was preparing a letter to Wintrust explaining the outline of what the loan processor gave us. He has repeatedly exceeded the typical "flat rate" service.

- Donating a portion of the fees he has collected to charity.

I used Michael's service as a Condo/Townhouse buyer. I was a complicated process because the seller left the state and the lawyer was very uncooperative. We had to hire a representative attorney as a buyer for And Mansion. we will not use the recommendations of the real estate agent  I decided to use yelp as a guide. I called Mr. Wasserman and explained that we had already entered the third day of the 7-day reinvestigation period of lawyers. We said that when we tried to contact him, we wanted to work with a lawyer who responded by email or phone with a very good response. Michael is a top-notch attorney for real estate transactions in the Chicago area. My wife and I hired him on the introduction of a real estate agent whom I had known in previous deals. Michael said "very good" would represent the buyer. This assessment was quite right.  We were the first family buyer, Michael was responsive, professional, and very patient with us. His service is worthy of the reasonable charge he charged. The closing went smoothly, and we do not hesitate to hire him again when we buy or sell property.

Here are some examples of the value he added to the deal: In response to our initial purchase offer, he provided a contract template that is more affordable to the buyer than that used by our real estate company. Michael also created an alternative language that helped us address one of our concerns about property. He was a real estate tax expert in Cook County and negotiated with a seller's lawyer to gain full credit for the taxes the seller lent. Cook County's tax system was clear to him. Day after day, the lender added strange requirements to the transaction. The bank wanted to accept payment of the first real estate tax from its financial results. This did not make sense because we did not pay property taxes or insurance for this mortgage.  The lender had previously approved an escrow waiver based on the amount of the down payment and credit score. In terms of future tax payments, we will draw checks out to the country. Michael worked with the bank to help us eliminate this requirement and save us money at unnecessary escrow rates. When the shop was closed, he found and corrected some errors in the documents prepared by the closing agents, including the most important documents in the certificate.

I recently bought a house with the help of Michael. The purchase proved to be a very long and complex process, and Mike proved  Very useful overall He always responded quickly to our questions and concerns (email and voice mail returned within 24 hours). No question was answered (and I asked a lot).
