He collects money and does nothing. He always stands up by promise, instead of being late or coming. It takes three to four hours after the appointment, and when it comes to paper work, they do not offer to proceed with the incident or deadline for the file, and laugh like a joke.

I was assured, not my client, that Michael Greco was incompetent. It is dangerous to assume an arrogant attitude in his communication unless you submit appropriate (minimum necessary) documents. As a man on the other side (with competent advice), I can say that Mr. Greco had been visited by disaster many times (not known to his simple client). We also search for him on Google. He is accused of insulting the court and is liable to pay a large fine for the inability to do the most basic work. The buyer is on his guard.
