Communication is extremely low.  They ignore the request to call before or after work, and call when they find that the phone doesn't come.  They didn't give us the phone number and email of the "lawyer" we work with.  Sharing contact information is against their policy.  How do I work with a lawyer if I can't get my phone number or email?  Don't come near me. Hire a real lawyer.

The MJK said that as long as the monthly payments were made, they could save the house.  When we talked with the lawyer over the phone, he said we were in the driver's seat, and they kept us in our house as much as we wanted, and if we wanted to fix it, we would do it for us.  Two months later, the mortgage company was sentenced to seizure.  They could not stop it for some reason.  Then they say that we can sell short, so we stay at home for a year.  They insist on using their real estate.  Their real estate agent was harassed by us and she spoke directly to our mortgage company and asked them to come another day, so we said we didn't cooperate with her.  Of course, upon returning to the court, based on the comments of the real estate agent, the judge will approve the sale of our house.  In less than a year, we had to leave home.  We talked to HUD, but their comments sounded like a lawyer was actually working at a mortgage company.  Many lawyers work with mortgage companies to speed people's entry into and out of the housing, he said.  Since there was no evidence of this, it was just a family that lost their homes in 11 years.  I can't trust MJK Legal, and I'm sure I don't recommend it!
