We call their offices and make an appointment with the lawyer, and they never return our phone again. When I called after two weeks, they called me, but they said they would not leave a message. First, I gave no record of missed calls. Second, a business that does not recall the client leaves a message (even if it asks for a call reply). Since I've had many replies over the last two years, I've decided to find another lawyer.
