I worked with Mary Nickecic several times (I'm a real estate agent), but each one was very smooth about buying real estate. One of the factors that accentuate her is the accessibility after the "normal" business hours. In many cases, clients can only speak after 5 pm or 6 pm. She works late at night if she can't do something right away. Both lawyers have done a good job for my clients, so I plan to continue using them. From a conservation perspective, the lawyer's review letter is the most comprehensive one I've ever seen.
