So far, David was wonderful.  I decided to hire David as a result of Gen's review on this site. for I knew nothing of looking for a bankruptcy lawyer.  My case is still in dispute, but at the moment David is very helpful and attentive.  I know a lot of people who have had bad experiences with lawyers, but David doesn't fit in with that type.  He timely returned my phone and inquiries, calming my nerves in the middle of a stressful event in my life.  I have recommended another friend who has had a wonderful experience.

Big mistake! !  When I sold my apartment last month, I hired Nelson to handle my deadline.  It wasn't the first final, but it was the worst!  Because I was an all-cash buyer, I was supposed to be that easy.  Nelson had to keep the same information as a real estate broker.  It was almost impossible to get a reply from him, he left everything to the last minute, and on the day of the closing, there were many unnecessary delays.  Both parties to the acquisition expressed their disappointment with his organizational skills and readiness, and, needless to say, his lack of professionalism, spoke modestly to the employees of the title company (trying to hide the seriousness of the lack of preparation).  The worst thing is that he charged an additional $100 fee for services he did not disclose individually. Whether he intended or not, it is unethical for me.  I gave him the opportunity to fix the situation, but he refused.  Don't get into the same mess as me.  The ending is not his specialty (organization, communication, professionalism)!  He must have lost my job because I hired another lawyer to close the house I just bought.  I don't intend to associate with Nelson again.
