Michael Omeara saved me from trouble. Before I first contacted him, I had no idea what to expect from my ticket, the seriousness of the actual crime, what can I do to help my case. I had the good fortune to meet him in a simple Google search, and I thought I could get in touch with him at least after seeing hundreds of people and a great review on multiple websites. As soon as I called Michael, he gave me a clear explanation of the situation I was involved in, the seriousness of the crime, and what was necessary to take the next step. I was pulled over the speed limit to the highway at 26-34 miles per hour. Not only did he give me the ticket, but he also added three tickets (using the left lane, without the turn signal, too close to the previous car). Since 2014, Illinois has unfortunately changed its speed beyond its speed limit of more than 25 miles and has been considered a crime. I'm a doctoral graduate student, and after a week of hard work, I come home and study more than an hour of commuting to and from school. When Michael explains the severity of speeding, first of all, the conviction makes me a criminal, and then I lose my indefinite license. You also have the opportunity to escape from prison terms to continue the rigorous graduate program. It's easy to ruin your ability and career to participate in clinical rotation that requires a criminal history check. Throughout the process, Michael was insightful, expressed in layman's words to make everything easy to understand, and from the bottom of his heart, gave him the peace of mind he needed in such an agony. Michael did his best to get my most attention. Michael is evidently an experienced lawyer, honest and candid about everything, clear and concise (not often felt when dealing with lawyers). If I be honest with him, I will be sure that anyone will have the same wonderful experience as I do if I follow his advice and instructions. Mike not only had three other tickets disabled by the lay judge, but also reduced to a minor offense that would result in serious speeding (criminal offenses). If you need to work on the dates and behind the scenes of the court, and if you need additional charges, Michael will continue to work hard, so you can rest assured that you pay a fixed price of $1,500. When you come with other lawyers, you may pay more than you initially expected. Finally, Michael O'Meara is a lawyer, a friend and a trusted person.

At 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, he was arrested on DUI for speeding and for using lanes. After extensive research and a number of phone calls with the lawyer, I chose Mr. Omeara as a lawyer. He was one of the few lawyers that answered my phone on Sunday. I thanked Mr. Omeara for his professionalism and honesty. He was very clear about my choice and possible results. If you are looking for a lawyer who promises to be exempt from all charges, Mr. Omeara is not the lawyer you are looking for. He has a good understanding of the law that gives you the choice to produce the best results, whether you want to ask or not. We faced the third DUI (18 years ago, once outside the state, and 20 years ago, once inside the state). He did not underestimate the possible results and clarified his options to defend my claim. He also understands the process to the extent that I can drive during the entire period of this incident. After all, Omeara was able to dismiss the DUI and take on the supervision of traffic violations. I had a very unpleasant experience, but I think I was given the best information possible to the right lawyer. I highly recommend Mr. Omeara to anyone who needs a DUI lawyer.
