I contacted Bob and reviewed my mother's legal documents (trust, will to live, POA) when my mother moved from Phrygana to Irizina. I sent the document to Bob and said that Bob would not use her money. He is reviewing and rewriting them. He told me to go to the IL website to download a suitable living will and POA, and the Certificate of Trust would avoid probate. Certainly there were documents on the IL website. I can't comment on Bob's legal skills, but I'll return to Bob for the legal work based on this experience of cost and legal common sense.
