What I can't stand is a weak lawyer. Or they think you're annoying, they take you comfort, they get you out of the company.
Jim isn't that. He is a tough guy who invests personally in your situation.
When my wife and I bought a house in Geneva, Jim handled both ends of our business. I was about to lose my house and money on the other lawyer's salary. Jim played a big part in fighting for us to save the deal.
Highly recommended.
