I received a notice from them when I was denied my own claim.  I called the packet, received it, filled it all out and sent it. Four months later, I received a letter that showed that the county had cut 10%, saving me $600 over the next two years. So I spent three emails and about 10 minutes, and I'm going to go up $1,200 over the next two years and pay only $300 today! ! I'll make a deal!

Thank you!

Thank you for giving me an early answer. Very useful and useful. It is easy to work with a real professional who knows his skills.

the first review of ~  This company has been fired, so let's see if it remains.

I received a packet from THIS COMPANY that provides a service to contact the county to reduce the owning tax. I filled out the document and returned it to them. After talking to a real estate lawyer and reading the negative opinions of Elipers, I decided not to work with them and sent an email to close the file. I immediately received a call from a person named "Al" saying that I needed to contact my lawyer in writing.

I called the lawyer who said I didn't need it. She said that if the client changed his mind, the file should be closed. Why do they say to me? Why do you make me jump over the circle? And why don't I follow my request because I've declared that I don't want to work with them? As other critics have said, they are unethical and suspicious!

I received the email we worked with before. I've never heard of this company. If you ask me, it's spam and fraud. Be careful.

This is the email that you sent to Property Tax Reducers, including two corrections.

All that you want to know is Manuel Herrera,

2017 May 11, I think I have signed a contract with you and filled out all the documents to claim my property tax. I haven't received any confirmation from you. I received more advertisements today. These two facts indicate that you have done nothing to accept the contract, that you have not done anything to initiate the appeal process, or that you have done nothing. Email - When I looked up a phone number that should be prominently displayed in an email, I received a recording from an anonymous source (not an office) that said, "The person who made the call is not available now."

Today is May 16 and the deadline for submission has expired by one day. I have not confirmed the work I want, and I can't contact you, so please cancel the work I received.

This letter will be shared.

***Follow-up& Edit:
After sending this email, I got a call from my business (from a number other than the one I found on line). When I spoke to Alfonso, they explained that the appeal was being processed and the success rate was 90%. He offered me my fare by ten percent. Considering the fact that you've already started a process with another company (you've used it in the past and you'll get it)  And his company refused to confirm with me. But I gave them two stars for their efforts.
Next, let's try it ourselves.

I received a letter from a property tax agent that said that it was necessary to sign the enclosed document, fax, email, and reply, and that the real estate tax should be raised significantly.  In the form that you want to sign, only a blank signature line was highlighted and all information was entered by hand. It looked really legal.  Many weeks ago, I was confused because I had a similar contract with the company I actually hired to lower the property tax.  And because the names of these two companies are similar, I didn't know whether they were emails from the company I hired or invited me to do business.

I think that the email from this Property Tax Reducers is very ethical.  There is only one letter to promote your service. The other is to send a contract that describes the personal information of someone.  cause misunderstanding

When I called them, they asked me to sign and send a document.  They don't record me as a customer, but I just send a signed document.  No description.  When I said I wasn't actually my client, I thought this letter was unethical, so she put me on hold and eventually the phone went out.  It's very dark.

I have no idea who they are. I remember saying "fascia" to a tax organization, but I forgot it because I didn't remember anyone and I didn't hide it. Anyway, this person called and said he borrowed $245 for the House tax assessment. When I told him to go to Hell, he told me to report on the credit statement. Even if I think I'll give a credit card number to someone I don't know by phone, it's fraud I never ask.

Be careful.

I contacted them by email about the flyer they sent me. I spent money sending flyers to my address, so I think they will return to me soon. But a few days later, without any response to the email, I moved and asked another law firm to appeal the property tax. If they don't return to me by email, think about how they should deal with tax complaints. I was disappointed.

In October 2016, I received an unwanted email from the Real Estate Tax Collector that would allow a 12% reduction in the value of the property if it was appealed through the company. About a week later, I emailed them a request form. In the middle of March 2017, I haven't heard anything. I checked the website of the Review Board, and found that the complaint was reexamined and that the rating value indicated "No change". 1) The reduction failed, 2) The results could not be conveyed to me. If communication with the client fails, it is an unforgivable and decisive reason to never trade with the client. I am tracking the owner of this dress and Manuel Herrera is officially on the complaint as a lawyer. Please remember that the real estate tax attorney will rotate around a variety of designated companies.
