As Morgan said, it's cheap and positive. Mother is a good man, but it's fortunate to fix something.
In winter, the heat does not rise to around 60 (on average from all four of the ceiling), and rises to the ceiling on the second floor.
I took a shower for about 15 minutes before the water came out. It is warm enough to take a shower. In fact, I didn't care because I had calcium in my pipe and it was easy to fix it, so I wasted a ton of water before I worked every morning.

Lincoln Square was located in Spaceton, where there were no washing machines and dryers in the building and walked four blocks. No dishwasher, cabinet, counter. What do you do because the rent was 800 dollars?

When I was a bachelor, I moved and had what GF provided to a Polish man at the time. PS2, TV, dining room table/chair. I told him that if he wanted to see it, he would be free to help him carry it as he wanted. When I moved, he told me he would get it.  Of course, I received a $250 bill for the removal of the furniture. So, he asked someone to help me move the next door, my $250, sweet.

You should have posted to the empty space on the Craiglist. If you read this, it means you have already obtained it or you have a choice.
In the former case, the CYA will be able to Document. If you're the latter who said any complaint, I'm sure you would avoid it, and if you can't CYA.

I and my partner lived under this control for more than three years. The two stars must say that they only pay a monthly rent for the location of the apartment (Anderson Ville) and for the images of the square. It was a great thief!

But if you don't want to work with this company because you want to be timely,
your mother's ownership manager is a sweet person, but the actual company is a little nightmare. For years, there was a serious bug problem and they wanted to solve the problem, threatening to end the contract. It was too late at that time, and it was already enough.

Pros: Good price, good location, large space

Cons: Poor maintenance and unresponsive management, but there is a high possibility of bugs due to lack of maintenance

It is gambling with their characteristics, good luck!

The people around me are poor.  I lived on one of their property for five years...... ...5 years  I found a tenant for them and put it into a personal financial problem...My rent rises every year and what happens to many landlords? But where is loyalty and love? !?!  We had better keep that house, Danny, and lend her to the tenant I had recommended, and she had all passed the examination and put her up there!
