Over the last four years, Rich Magnon has been involved in three real estate transactions, including buying and selling condominiums and purchasing single-family housing. Throughout all the deals he provided thorough, responsive, appropriate information and patiently and attentively responded to my many questions. The latest deal, which was closed at home in May 2017, has resulted in a close of nine hours. The rich were with us at every stage, and it was a great consolation that we had a great following with us, "in the trenches," to accomplish our dealings. I will not forget to go to the closing of the real estate for the first time. In the process of exchanging documents and examining them, my lawyer, John Cyprian, found that the PIN did not match the documents, and the seller's lawyer opened his mouth and looked at John, saying he had just filed a suit.

The rich Magnon is good for the landlord. Working with him is like getting an encyclopedia of the landowners' Peasant Law at once. He responds quickly and cheerfully to the phone and email. He gives me great advice and keeps up with the latest rules in Chicago. It's perfect for the suburbs. Oddly, I trusted Yelp for the introduction to this law firm. After receiving a good rating and a five-star rating, I got my sick husband ready and I called to complete my will. I was admitted by Ed and he made me feel like a family. He is kind, good listener, and considerate speaker. Recently I bought an apartment, and a real estate agent recommended Rich Magnone as a lawyer. After his guidance, I used the rich and couldn't be happy. Rich's work was all right, and soon he was able to get some money.

My landlord claimed that he was obligated to pay for the early lease, but after consulting with Rich, I divided my luggage. The rich man patiently examined all the papers with me, and it was clear that he really knew his things.

I recently left Chicago and caused a deposit problem with my former landlord. After I finished all the negotiations alone, I looked for someone to recover my deposit. Because they were in a different state, they needed people who were familiar with the Chicago ordinance and had a good reputation. I contacted Ian Fidler and was really happy.

I've been working with this company, especially the "leader" Ed Leda for nearly 30 years, but I've never been impressed by their legal expertise, sound advice, and personal ways to deal with sometimes stressful problems.  The company specializes in property planning, verification, organization, companies, landlords-tenants, and real estate across the board. However, if you don't know the answer or need external assistance, such as litigation, you can build a close relationship with many of the "best" in other areas, and you can contact or contact your customers in other areas.  You can also ensure that this honest group of lawyers is always treated fairly and reasonably.  Ed Reda and his law firm recommend all legal needs without hesitation.
