At my first home purchase, Salvador represented me. He was strongly recommended by a real estate agent friend. Through that process he led me and eventually helped me close the property in 30 days. (What I said was very difficult in the industry) as a mortgagee to a large bank! He knows everything I have seen. He bought a house in 2013 and when it was sold in 2017, he hired Kathleen Robson as a real estate lawyer.  
What I like about Kathleen is that she should be tough, nonsense, and lawyer.  If you're going to get this lawyer on your side, it's worth $200 if you're going to sell or buy it.

Mr. Lopez had a lot of trouble helping me close the real estate deal when he thought it would not happen. He explained everything in simple words and often showed my choice when I didn't know what to do. Without him, I couldn't buy my house! I highly recommend that company!
