I really don't know enough about the other teams of Dianna and Ryan Row.  I was introduced through a real estate company about five years ago and they helped me buy my first shop.  A few years later, I had a problem with my next apartment, so I went back to Diana for inquiries.  Deanna not only replied, but gave very thoughtful and wonderful advice and reviewed both Condo laws that help her learn my rights. I also had a way of interacting with my neighbor, so I just said, "Talk to the lawyer," and for a while he was away from me. A few years ago I had the opportunity to hire Diana again and help with the sale of my apartment.  At that time, I was on the process of moving to a new state, and she and her team made the overall sales easy and easy.

Dianna and her team are knowledgeable, expert, and really go to help customers.  It is recommended to anyone who needs the support of the Real Estate Act.

I'm very sorry.

This was the fifth real estate transaction using the Ryan Law Group.

Dianna and her team dropped the ball in their last purchase and cost a lot of extra money.  Because we are not known, night after night, night after night, "3 Flat" did not have a valid resident certificate.

This was the fifth purchase of income assets using the Ryan Legal Group.  When the store closed, the seller indicated that an injunction was issued against the building in 1997.  The court decided on the injunction and said "it has been punched out" and everything was going well. Let us know...

I couldn't afford it, so I called Diana to help me. As a reply to the solution, explanation, and instructions to this problem, she said, "I'm sorry for being in the meeting. You knew that you were ordered, but now you must fix it."

Before or at the closing time, the seller should have been instructed to remove their confusion (since 1997).  It was necessary to hire a new lawyer, close the old attic, pay the city, take a city check-up and see if it was two or three stories high.   Several months, thousands of dollars.

There has been no response from Dianna and her team.   If you want a beautiful drug lawyer, hire Ryan Law Group.  If you need a clear title, hire someone else.

If you're looking for a real estate lawyer, don't look anymore. The Ryan Row group is all excellent. My husband and I recently bought our first house and made a great profit by choosing the Ryan Row Group. We worked closely with Stacey. She was very patient and responsive to us. We had many questions about the first shopper. Her bargaining power was also important, and we could obtain whatever we asked. Finally, she did a great job talking all the papers through, so we felt even better at signing. I can't express my gratitude for my husband and I have the opportunity to work with all the Stacey and Ryan Law Group teams. We strongly recommend them.

I've had a terrible experience from the beginning.  In short, unlike professionals, her company is not polite and does not rely on writing or communicating.

They took a lot of money from us and offered minimal service and bad service. I wish we could choose another lawyer and everyone wanted the same thing.

When I first asked about service and fees, Dianna replied quickly.

But once I decided to go with her. She waited 30 minutes before the initial review period, which will be sending documents to the seller's party. I checked what she sent and had no time to talk. When she asked, she said this was just a standard procedure. We looked on line and tried to learn about the process ourselves.

* She made a big mistake about the tax rate. Our property is in Evanston and she mistakenly marked 2015 ~  Year of reevaluation (2016). Fortunately, we found it and corrected it. Otherwise, in 2016 it was necessary to increase the payment of taxes.

* I couldn't contact her by phone or email until two days before the attorney's deadline. Very regretful, my wife had to write her answer list and send it to her. Finally, Deanna took what she had sent literally to the seller's lawyer.

I think I did more work in this transaction than my wife did.

* On the day before the deadline, Deanna's assistant sent an email. He gave no direction to pay the closing costs. Instead, they asked us to contact the lender directly. To the worst of it, she mailed the wrong lender to the receiver.

During the procedure, the lender was transferred for two days and immediately notified. But they may have had a hard time communicating with the team.

* The Dianna assistant at the end.  Emily came fifteen minutes late. She was not ready and could not be called a professional. It took her time to read the documents that she thought she had never passed before. She had to explain the papers quickly and ask them to slow down.

- I missed a page of my loan.  Instead of "15 years," the company said it had presented "30 years." I checked it myself and inquired of the lender to fix it.

- Tax Payout, HOA Pay Advance, Seller's Attorney Did Not Show My Account.

- I left before I took the keys and documents. I can't trust a person who is late and early on in such a big deal.

If Emily had not had any problems when she closed the shop, I would have been a poor person of 4,000 dollars.  Their entire team is a wonderful professional.  They respond very quickly and keep all users looped throughout the process.  Communication is the key, and they are really doing well.  They were very friendly and explained everything I had asked in the process.  The property of another I did not come near, they were very at home, and helped me to recover my earnest money.  They are wonderful.

Deanna conducted the long-distance closure efficiently and accurately.  It's fun to work together, and I recommend it with my staff.  It's great.  Really.

I have worked with Deanna and her group for over seven years.  They are very knowledgeable about the Chicago Real Estate Act, very patient and thorough.  Personal, available, and detailed information. I recommend Dianna and her team to any of my customers, buyers and sellers.

It would be strange if you didn't use Dianna as a real estate lawyer.  Twice, Dianna helped us with two easy deals. As long as I'm working, I use her service to recommend her on every occasion.

She is bright, sharp, aware of her possessions, agile and agile. But don't speak ill of me. If you really get into the dirty side, she's a strong woman.  I don't want to go out with her bad person. Due to confusion in his schedule, he was unable to attend the closing ceremony, but he sent Emily, who was as tough as Deanna, to the end.

Be sure to hire Diana at your request.

Deanna & Her experience in Stacy was positive. My buyer's business was fairly smooth on the whole, so there wasn't much legal work. However, Deanna &Stacey was always professional and agile. Stacey was a closed machine, she was perfect and explanatory and knew what all the documents were. We finished very early.

Ryan Row was very helpful in buying our house! ! They looked into all the documents to buy our house. The process is overwhelmingly large for those who buy at home for the first time. In the months after closing, Ryan Law answered all my questions! Thank you! !

All of the people who worked with Ryan Law Group were very well-natured, and they quickly responded to any small questions or concerns, giving them confidence. Deanna and Stacey spent time understanding the process and, in the process of closing, advocated on our behalf to get the necessary buyer units. They worked quickly, so that we could close the river quickly. In the process, it was full of humor and friendliness, and created a fun process. The relationship and coordination between Deanna and other real estate industry experts made the entire purchase process seamless. I recommend it!

Originally, we were recommended to the real estate agent Ryan Loegroup. When I first bought a house, my wife & I was not used to the closing procedures. Through this process, Dianna and her team were very sensitive and helpful, explaining and answering many questions. We also found problems with certain rights within our apartment. Dianna and her team were sure they could solve the problem in time and in a proper way. They did it! They went beyond what a typical buyer lawyer would usually do. The close was very smooth and Kaci attended at the right time. I strongly recommend Dianna of the Ryan Row Group and her team.

I was told to Dianna by a person who said, "I don't know if she can help me, but I'll tell her her phone number."  On the other hand, she could not help because she needed very specific legal services that she did not offer. On the other hand, she answered the phone, asked me questions, and introduced a wonderful person.   I lived 1,000 miles away, and needed help, but I was on the phone to take care of it, even though I had no advantage in speaking to me.  Look for another person to do it.

My real estate agent chose Deanna, but if I was scouting Chicago I couldn't find someone to help me in the process of selling my apartment.  If you're looking for a real estate lawyer, I can't recommend it!

Dianna may be the best communicator I've ever met.  She had good timing for every reaction, day and night.  When I was crazy about the black box I had in, she looked for me for information and calm me down.  When I had to sign the papers, she literally came to my house and made it very easy.

All this was far from the price she should pay at the end of her great attention.

Deanna is the best! !

Dianna and I helped with the short sale property that took over seven months to close. Throughout the whole process she was incredibly agile from the beginning and focused on things. Given the enormous amount of work she had done for us for seven months, her full fee was incredibly affordable. I don't know if I closed the property with her. I recommend it to everyone.
