About

Ankur Shah is a management partner for Shah Legal Representation ("SLR"). Shah went to Wisconsin Madison University and graduated from the University of Minnesota after completing his degree in economics and politics. After working on the President, the Illinois State Government, and Congress's campaign, Shah worked as an excellent judge in charge of the individual commercial calendar of the Cook County Circuit Court Law Department and had more than 800 active patients. Mr. Shah regularly provided his written opinion or memorandum on promissory notes, contravention of obligations, consumer fraud, leasing, RLTO, legal errors, defamation, and other matters related to commercial litigation. Shah then worked for a Chicago boutique, dealing with injuries, antitrust laws, intellectual property, real estate, securities and other complex disputes, which turned out to be very positive for his customers.

Especialities

Litigation - SLR recognizes that consumers and business owners and executives are focused on increasing career, family, income, and corporate revenue. However, there are cases in which even if the dispute is not settled peacefully without causing a lawsuit, the real nature of the dispute is too high to give up. It is when the party brings a case, or in many cases, leaves the bargaining table and actively seeks defense. SLR is pleased to support this rigorous decision-making process. Many cases can be solved after the first filing or by the court's decision, but when the trial or appeal is not ready, the costs associated with each option are prepared to be shown as clearly as possible.
